On Thurs 4/27/17 I came to the store around 1 or so I needed to buy bbq cleaner I was in the cleaning aisle and this woman was there and she was on the phone I started to ask her where it was and she put her hand up signaling me to stop I thought she was speaking to a customer but she was having a personal conversation This went on for over 10mins I was going to get this and other items I needed but her rudeness and blatant ignorance to ignore a paying customer was just too much I went up front and asked the clerk who was in the cleaning aisle I was told her name is Tonya..Perhaps Tonya would be better suited in a non customer service position I will not shop here and my friends and family all know who she is from shopping here and apparently she does this at the register along with airing her personal business to customers in line all the time. I"m a manager for a company and I do not tolerate this kind of behavior in my work place and she would be terminated!

I recently moved to this area and was very excited that there was a good old fashioned community hardware store in my neighborhood. Ive been in here a half a dozen times and the store is clean and the customer service help is wonderful. But, the only problem I have encountered, is the cashier at the front of the store. Today, she and another female employee were more interested in engaging their phones than waiting on customers. They were laughing and carrying on personal conversations and I was just ignored. This isnt the first time this same female cashier was playing on her phone and sitting on the counter and ignoring me and others waiting to be checked out I like coing into this store and the sales people but it shouldnt be a hassle to be checked out because this cashier is far too busy sitting on her butt and playing on her phone.

Close small town business that I love supporting! My 11 year old son goes in with his lists of materials for projects and they are always so accomodating! Friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful staff.

Awesome the staff is very accomodating and have almost everything I need. The only thing they need to add is lumber and they would be the equivalent of Lowes.
