Horrible customer service. Thats the short story. The long explanation is below and believe me it took me less time to type it than the time it took to go through it. I was sick in bed at home and couldnt sleep so I was doing what most of us do searching for things on the internet. I have wanted a cast iron frying pan for a while and looked up a 3 set of pans for only 20 dollars. Thats a great deal but I wanted to make sure they were in stock before I drove over because I wasnt feeling well. The first time I called I used the automated system to get to the home department and no one picked up. The second call I reached the operator who transfered me back to home and again no answer the third time the operator transfered me back to home 3 times in the same call. After that I called the operator she refused to pick up the phone. I guess she was more annoyed than I was. The next time I called I picked a department that I knew someone would pick up at, hair salon, and asked to speak to the store manager. I was instead transfered to the department manager Connie and I explained what was going on and asked her to transfer me to the store manager. She refused saying everyone was probably on a conference call. She offered to take my name and number but at this point I was fed up. I declined and told her I would come to complain in person at which she laughed. I then found a national customer service number for JCPenney and spoke to someone who in under 30 seconds told me what I wanted to know and how I could get the product. She also submitted a complaint on my behalf against the store after I told her what had happened. I was polite and level through all of these exchanges and should never have been treated this way. I will go in and speak to the store manager and probably update this afterwards. I wont purchase anything though because of the way Ive been treated at this store. If you do buy anything from here... Good luck.

Had such a horrible experience buying appliances here.It was fast and easy to swipe my card of course. The sales man Jeff that helped me was nice and helpful.The 3rd party that delivered my washer was made my experience super long and bad .They rescheduled my delivery date 2 time to do personal isuess as I finally got my apliances the men that hooked my apliances were lazy and did not hook correctly and made an excuse of my drain being cloged and said I would have to call a plumer to hook the hose up. so they wouldnt push my stackable into my closet.as my husband got home he seen the laziness and pushed the hose in correctly .Finally I get to use my washer and dryer .and My new LG washer is making a annoying loud noise .for it to be brand new Its not acceptable. I called over and over the 1844 number got put on hold like 5 times and have to wait again for someone to come look at a brand new washer that I havent used .With will take weeks from now .with that said Im taking my business somewhere else .this process was so stressful .point of story lack of laziness and waste of time I love jcp clothing Ill stick to that but never will I buy a appliance . sincerely unsatisfied customer .

Awesome Mall! The hair salon is wonderful! My stylist Sima does incredible work!! I have been to the best salons in the DE/NJ/PHL area and her work is the best! Good job JCP! Also, this mall has good stores, a solid food court, and Target as well.

Visited opening hour with my sister, quiet - so time there was very short but we were able to get everything we wanted without the crowds. Greeted by all employees with a smile and assistance was offered, just not needed.

Staff isnt helpful they avoid you, plus everything in the mens foot wear section had no rhyme or reason, thats and apparently JC Penney has something against a size 11 foot
