I ordered a new bomber jacket online in the beginning of December and it had a shipping time of 7 business days. It is now January 3rd and I have been to the postal office twice and have called USPS an outstanding number of times to get me nowhere. So today I finally called Hollister and explained to them my situation and they had another one ordered and shipped to me with expedited next day shipping in less than 10 minutes! I have been shopping at hollister since middle school and things like this are why I always will! They value every customer and understand that not everything can go as smoothly as wed hope. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!!!!!!

I really liked this store but the sales people are hounding. I cant shop when sales people take the clothes right out of your hands to fold them back. I understand youre trying to keep your store neat and tidy but customers actually have to look at the clothing and possibly try it on to know if they want to make a purchase. Well you keep your shorts and sweater on those shelves because thats were theyll remain. Ill shop online or go elsewhere.
