Great prices but if you are a small size not a very big selection to choose from. I went during the week during the daytime and only one cashier took 20 minutes to check out you would have thought it was a weekend. Im also not a fan of the shopping carts with the pole attached.

Definitely,cashiers and returns and managers,need more professional customer service skills, they lack personality,never smile very rude and treat you like their own low class mentality,very low mental attitude,looks like high school dropouts,store is very dirty very filthy

I really like this stores selection. Their employees are 50/50, half are helpful, the other half will pass you around from person to person and be impossibly rude. It is a hit or miss when it comes to how well you will be valued as a paying customer.

Good cheap selections. I only buy kitchen, art and some sport apparel for personal use. Shoes are not that good quality and looks like they are even fake - or class A type (imitations). I buy stuff here for care packages we send overseas.

I usually dont find much here due to my wiDe hips and big butt however today was different I found 2 outfits, a shirt and a dress for my mom today was great finds at Ross. Also the fitting room lady was awesome!! Great customer service.
