BE WARNED: Call this place first especially if you are wanting to sell clothing that may have lost its "freshness" This review is based solely on what they take not what they sell. Wife was referred to this place by platos closet due to the fact they didnt take the type of clothing she was trying to sell, but the condition was noted as very good. This place does in fact take the type of clothing my wife was wanting sold, a little more high end stuff. We thought, "Hey they wont take all of it but at least they will take some of it." WRONG!! I dont particularly know the universal definition of gently used is, but it has to meet that condition plus it also has to be less than two years old, or they will not take it at all. You sell used clothing!!?? This is not Wrangler or some cheap brand, but New York & Co. and things of that caliber. Wouldnt be as disappointed if they let her know this before hand. Instead she dropped off the items, then was called back over an hour later and informed her clothes were ready. She goes to the counter and was told that they could not take any of them because they did not meet the 2 year limitation date. A little heads up would have gone a long way!

I never find any good plus size clothing in this store. So I finally get around to selling some things and they passed on most of it. This is why I can never find any decent plus size clothes. Im sure they pass on others valuing the brand over style. I also purposely made my bags easy to untie so that I can drop what they didnt buy to chkd. They ripped them all to hell... now I have to stop home and get new bags. This store is great in idea... but the implementation is a miss.

They just a waste of time. If you wanted to sell something. They will take your clothes, then youll gonna take it back. The clothes have to be in new new condition, and like banana republic brand. So which idiot Wil buy an expensive clothes and sell it right away, otherwise if they still new just better refund it to the place your bought it. I had to sell NY&co, and have tags on it, they said it has a shrincle , and they have no way to take it off????

I went in on a really slow night so I had the whole store to myself! I found so many really good quality items. They have everything from shoes, bags, jewelry, wallets, and of course clothes. The store associates displayed exemplary customer service. I was cashing out at 7:52 and the store closes at 8 and the cashier still made sure to sign me up for rewards and let me know about up and coming sales!

I took 6 bags of clothing in today. They did not even open 4 of the bags. Thwy based all of my clothes by what was on top of my bags and hampers. They were rude and ignorant to me. I will NEVER go back and will tell others of their conduct.
