Rude cashier, Breanne, who lacks basic troubleshooting and customer service skills. I made a return for an item (tags attached with receipt and in original condition). I was a Nordstrom supervisor - the motto for our store was that the customer and their experience are the life source of our business. I dont know what I did to trigger such a negative response from her. Breanne acted so annoyed and burdened to actually do her job. Totally unpleasant experience.

My wife was able find a plethora of items for herself, but the mens section is lacking at best. The staff are very friendly and the store is quite clean and overall a good place to shop.
