Came in to get a hair cut. No signs or anything to let you know what time it opens and then apparently someone called out so when it was supposed to be opened at 12pm nobody is in there. Again no signs or anything to let anyone know what is going on. Very poorly done by not only the salon but whoever they call at JcPenny to let them know they are out. Never will come here again. Waste of time!! And on top of that went to check out and stood where it states clearly LINE FORMS HERE and the check out lady took someone else NOT in line. She had her hair covered by her hair as well so I couldnt catch her name. Very unprofessional!

I went to JC Penney Optical Shop at Lynn Haven Mall in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I had the best eyeglass purchase I have ever had. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The eye doctor was thorough and very nice. The technician who fitted my glasses was great. I was able to get two complete pairs of glasses for $99.00. I paid extra to have one of the pairs expedited because my old ones had broken. The expedited pair was ready the very next morning! I very pleased with the service and products I received at this location. (:

Concerned Citizen

The salon staff at the LynnhaveMall JCPenny are rude and nasty. The staff looks as if they came from a homeless shelter, the entire area inside the small salon was covered in old hair, unopened boxes and trash. The staff (a polite word for the nasty group of mules) treated my family in a rude manner with fake insincere smiles across their smug faces. This hole should be closed and the trash that works at this place put where it belongs, in the dumpster!

My husband and I had excellent customer service by Brandon and Noah in the mens department a few evenings ago. The guys were helpful, patient, funny, and knowledgeable of the best deal for the comfort and look we wanted. They made the dreaded ( we hate shopping ) experience pleasant. 1 star for starting your Black Friday sale at 3pm on thanksgiving. Starting your sale early wont save your business. It will just ruin peoples thanksgiving dinner. In the end, Amazon will still kill JCPenney.

I love shopping at JCP. This location has the most variety of clothing. They do need to turn the air down in this store. Its always hot and the restrooms are generally unclean.
