Dont waste your time! Ive been a customer there for years and now new owners took over. I called to order flowers for my daughters prom and the guy that answered the phone was very rude to me. He said in his nasty tone, "I dont know if you know it but BJ doesnt own this anymore". Needless to say I called somewhere else and made my purchase. If you want to keep customers that a previous owner had maybe you should treat the with respect! SHAME ON YOU!

Customer service was excellent, I cant understand how this place is only rated a 3.7. The staff worked with me to customize a bouquet, and were more than helpful. This is a five star service all day.
