Someone Really needs to Give their "EMPLOYEES"", CLASS HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.... IM FROM TAMPA FL YES IM NEW IN DELAWARE AREA .. EVERYTHING HERE IS NEW TO ME, YES 8 HAVE TO GET TO KNOW DELAWARE AREA. MY WIFE HAD TO GO OUT OF HER WAY BUYING ME (GPS) SO I CAN FINE MY WAY AROUND SO I CANT GET LOST.. SADNESS ABOUT WHEN YOUR NEW TO ANOTHER STATE YOU THINK PEOPLE WOULD HAVE A KINDER HEART WOULD REACH OUT AND HELP, PEOPLE HAS REALLY CHANGED. WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION FROM SOMEONE THAT WORKS FOR WALMART, YOU THINK THEY HAVE A BIGGER HEART WOULD REACH OUT MORE, INSTEAD OF SAYING WHERE OR WHAT ALE ITS IN, NEVER TAKE THEIR TIME OUT JUS SHOW YOU. . ACTED LIKE I BOTHER THEM VERY SHORT WITH ME WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE CASH REGISTER AREA SPENT WELL OVER 329.00 .. (SADIEST THING HOW PEOPLE DONT HELP ANYONE OUT ANYMORE WITH THEIR ATTITUDE REALLY STUCKS . NOT TAKING THEIR TIME TO HELP OTHERS ALL THE WORRY ABOUT GETTING A PAYCHECK THATS THEIR ATTITUDE ... I REMEMBER YEARS AGO WHEN I STARTED WORKING FOR WALMART IN MY DAYS. HOW WAS WALMART WAS INTRODUCE WITH THE WORLD THEIR WAS A BOOK ALL BOUT HOW WALMART STARTED HOW WAS SAM CAME IN THIS WORLD INTRODUCING US WALMART HOW HE GOT STARTED IN THAT SMALL BUILDING WORK HIS WAY UP AROUND THE WHOLE WORLD, NOW HES GONE THE PEOPLE THAT TAKEN OVER FOR GETS HOW HE STARTED FROM SMALL HAVING NUMEROUS OF STATE WIDE STORES ALL OVER THE WORLD.. I am a long time customer of good old Walmart! I would like to mention I am blind and have a Guide dog. I work my Guide on the left side. I rather use a carry basket than a shopping cart because it 1. Distracts my dog and 2. My guide is not trained to clear something next to or behind me. So, I went to the service desk to acquire a hand held basket. There was no line, however, I stood there while the young woman behind the desk talked with her co-work about her plans after she got out of " this hell hole". Finally, I cleared my throat and I said excuse me. I asked for a basket and was rudely told "we aint got none cuz they been stolen by people". So, I asked for an assistant shopper. ( this is a service Walmart provides to people with disabilities.) Now this young woman acted as if I was interrupting her while she was on some hot date. She than responded with " we short handed nobody can help you come back later". I was totally pissed off with 1. The way I was spoken to and 2. The lack of respect and dignity. I am not happy with Walmart!

It seems like peoples car driving skills match there cart maneuver abilitys. After being challenged to a game of car chicken in the parking lot in which I h had right of way...I lost and was awarded a middle finger as a consolation prize. Once inside Walmart I soon it was stocking time which is cool but during busy times the equipment used to stock was often abandoned and served as a choke point for people to RAM carts into you. Ive come to expect rude people at my local Walmart but to have Walmart add to the frustration was a set back. Will I return to Walmart? Yes..for consistent low prices.

They always have the isles full of pallets, which makes it hard to get around if the store is busy. The shelves seem to be bare or down to the last item(s) alot ....probably due to everything still on pallets in the isles. Some of the staff are not the most pleasant people. I prefer the Walmart in Milford it is a much cleaner store and the shelves are usually well stocked.I have noticed that Walmart in general has been going up in price and have recently decided to get all of our meats from other grocers due to the lack of quality in the meats at Walmart (steaks are rubbery).

Ok usually there are 50 or more staff walking around yet only 2 checkouts open of coarse there is self checkout but if you just did your grocery shopping an have 40 plus items you dont want to have to do self checkout .and you shouldnt have to. The selection of junior clothing use to be better . However home decor has gotten better. Pete in electronics is probably the best employee they have here. Any question you have he can help an he will help you until you have what you need an or all questioned are answered . Great attitude he goes above an beyond.

I love Walmart for the Simple reason they carry everything. Auto parts for easy fixes, bulbs, oil, pads,batteries and tires. A huge food selection w wide aisles. Their associates could help more instead of hiding in areas. Cashiers are mostly competent and quick enough. Cust.Service desk is okay, being they get slammed w asinine returns. (I could watch people return food or goods for dumb reasons for an hour waiting for wife). All in all a well run store w fresh food stock and good night dry stocking.

My review is mainly for the lack of customer service! They are rude and unfriendly. Managers are even worse! When you call up to the customer service center they have you on hold for so long it makes you feel like they have forgotten they put you on hold! I work in a business where customer service is number one goal. Walmart has to do better! So so much better! Ill continue shopping at the friendly and convenient food lion!

Horrible at the lunch meat counter. Only one lady working & 10 people in line. This is not the first time this has happened. I was third in line & waited 25 minutes before lady could wait on me.. Very poor service... you need more help at this counter. If I could have talked to supervisor I would have but I would loose my place in line. I will never stand in this line again.Very poor customer service...

Walmart is for people who value money over their free time. Yeah, its the cheapest place to buy ketchup, but youre going to have to put up with the worlds worst customer service and hundreds of miserable shoppers in your way. On the otherhand, theres a lot of sweaty people at Walmart, so walking through the store is probably the most exercise these people get.

The Camden Walmart has the best selection than any other Walmart it is also very well organized it makes it very easy to find items. The staff is usually very friendly helpful and extremely hard-working. I have noticed a lot of the inventory staff are women. In what is usually a male-dominated line of work. That is a great representation of equality.

Horrible customer service when calling store.. Just called to check on product availability.. Had to call 2 times before call was answered. Asked for department, was put on hold for 5minutes, then heard ringing and was never answered.. I guess I will go farther to another store because they answered and confirmed the item I was looking for...

Worse experience every time I go there. So tired of not enough checkouts being open and people going through the express lanes (20 items) with a shopping cart full piled to the top. Try to get out with ice cream and its melted before you can get out. Something has to be done by Walmart to enforce the 20 item rule.
