Just discovered this gem has finally opened and I have been there both days this weekend. The staff, the cleanliness, the service, but the #1 thing for me was the Fisher Price toy car shopping cart! My god with 4 children 7, 6, 4, and 1. Food shopping is of course a nightmare, but that one little thing allowed me to put my younger 2 inside while my older took turns pushing them and in the past year it was the best shopping experience in my local neighborhood by far! So, thank you Fresh Grocer of Upper Darby. I have 4 markets in less then a 1 mile drive from my house 2 are Shoprite, and 2 are Fresh Grocer. This has now become my go to market so thank you for making the simple things in life be viewed as the biggest!

Magnificent store... I was shopping there 2day & I admit I shouldve grabbed a basket but my 2 items quickly turned n2 ten. Standing n line, bottle drop, sauce & glass shattered.... Employee yells.... U BREAK, U BUY!!!!! Granted NO CASHIER parted their mouths @ least 2 make it look good & say.... "Are you ok?"!!!!! NOTHING -- my thing is -- dont look so angry & it COST NOTHING 2 B KIND!!! I went to lane 8 & told the employee, I dropped a bottle & made a mess the employee named "LOVE" was AMAZING!!! Love will be the reason I come back. Happy New Years to every employee @ Fresh Grocer. Thanks again Love, yr AWESUM.

The store is beautiful I just hope it stays that way. The hot bar is all that... The only problem I do have in the store is the choice of workers they have working for the company. I was in the deli dept the guys want to play around move slow and then got my order wrong. Then I needed pickles out the dairy section. I go up to the manager of that dept. I ask him these same 2 jars been there for a whole week please stick the shelf. He said I dont order them like that. It dont matter stock the shelf. Never had a problem with the cashiers so far. I just hope they improve with some of the ghetto workers.

The market was much needed in the area. Everything looks great. I am praying for continued employment for all those hired. I would have love to rate the new store 5 ⭐️ But I was not happy in one area. I purchase an Italian Hoagie but the quality was poor. At previous stores the lunch meat items were sliced deli sliced style (not too thick). The lunch meet was slice to thick for my taste. Instead of returning this item back to the store, I disposed of it into the waste. Please do not under change your customers if you desire continued support.

Really Love this location very clean & all the staff is very nice and professional.. Its nice to order a sandwich through the computer system, shop & come back for it! Nice added feature to this location only pet pea is their 2ft hoagies rolls are always stale not fresh... Today was my second time buying one thought it would be better it only got worse than the first time..( bread actually makes the whole sandwich

Everything was nice, clean and in order. However, the food wasnt fresh.... meaning fruits and vegetables...also the fire grilled chicken is old...The bone of the chicken was black which means it wasnt fresh..This was my third time there and my last..

Tho this place has a good variety of products , I dislike their cooked food and prizes for products. Buying a single item like a bar of chocolate for $3.99 isnt a good idea. I would advice people to watch their money when they go there.

I dont drive, and I get all my food thinking the they can take me home, I way for them and the drive say he can take me home because my daughter is to small. My baby is almost 8. I pay $180 dollars and was raining.

Customer Service Training needed. Cashier I had today was very rude. She didnt greet, did not bag, she just moved items out the way for the next customer. If you dont want to work, find something else to do.
