As an arborist company we have specialty equipment. Equipment like that requires special parts. A battery died on the first cold day of the year. We first went to Napa and they could not help us. Then we called the dealer who we purchased the machine from. The mechanic recommended Nixon. Specifically Lew. We spoke to Lew on the phone and he worked tirelessly to find the correct dimension battery we needed for our equipment. I "Al" the owner of the company cannot say enough good things about the quality of service we received from Nixon. Thanks a ton!
