I highly recommend these guys for any auto concerns.They are very knowledgeable and have exceptional customer service. Im one of those people that have trust issues with anyone in the auto business, whether it be in parts dealers or mechanics, but i assure you these guys are legit and very honest with you. I had a great first impression....i had an issue with my car and assumed it was because of a certain part that would have cost me $150 for a new one. After telling the gentleman my story about what happened with my car, he gave me detailed input on what the issue could be and that i should look into it more before i purchase a $150 part. Low and behold, i went home and worked with my car and...surprise,surprise....my cars problem was only a $15.99 fix. If this guy was a shady auto.person(like i thought most were before now) he would have totally sold that $150 part i "thought" i needed...but instead he was honest with me and pretty much gave me free car advice because he wanted to help his customers...im telling you, these guys are legit. This is the first time ive been here and i definitely am giving any auto.business from.now on to these guys because of the great first impression i got

I love the service I receive from this AutoZone especially from the guy I like to deal with whose name is Brandon. He always goes above and beyond the extra mile to help a customer in need. Although I have dealt with several other people there who are also very knowledgeable as well. Shirley, Matt and Andrew seem knowledgeable as well, but by far my favorite person to deal with is definitely Brandon S.

My grandmothers turn signal bulb blew. We called ahead to see if they could change it. John Carroll, the manager, answered the phone and said they could. We showed up, we waited a couple of minutes (they were busy). John himself came out, and my grandmothers car was giving him trouble after trouble. The perseverance was incredible. I luv these guys. The staff is super knowledgeable and they have a record of what you bought if it goes bad. They will replace a battery or wipers or headlights right at the store and are not even allowed to take a tip (dumb policy made by people making tons more than these very knowledgeable staff). I would not go anywhere else for my auto needs

These guys are REAL experts!! The staff Definitely know their stuff! I explained a problem that my vehicle was experiencing, and without even looking at the vehicle, they guessed perfectly what was wrong with it!! On top of this, the staff is very polite!
