Dropped hydraulic hoses for replacement. Was advised that one guy out of 5 was the only one in building who did them and he was out for morning. Told to come back at 2:30 and theyd be ready. I called at 4 and nobody knew what I was talking about. Called at 8 the next morning and was told, "nobody saw them until just now.. Theyll be done in a couple hours.." Are you kidding me? How about I bill NAPA for the machine down time from when they were promised until when I finally picked them up?? Plus the attitude of the old prick who answered the phone was impressive for customer service.

The "boss" would rather talk on a personal phone call and let everyone hear him than help you out. I had to make him answer a question before he made another call, didnt even care I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting on him.
