This is a great store! Home Depot in general is a good business since they actually care about their customers but this store in particular is great! Many of their employees are very helpful with questions or assistance and when we had an issue with a coupon we couldnt use (it wouldnt scan), the store manager called my fiancee back to ensure everything was made right (allowed us to use the coupon on the next purchase). Simple things like that can make a huge difference to customers! Compared with Lowes, Home Depot is a breath of fresh air and I will continue to do business with them and recommend my friends and family to do so as well.

Ive found this HD to have a great staff and its usually pretty easy to get help, though if busy on a weekend can be a bit more difficult. One complaint I do have, is that occasionally the online pickup area gets backed up due to special orders, etc, which are done in the same area. But must of the time its not bad. One other complaint is that the online/app inventory is not very accurate. Several times Ive seen something in stock online, only to find that they are actually sold out. All in all though I like this location, due to the friendly staff and cleanliness of the store.

One of the newest stores in CT. This one is clean and well organized. The staff seems to be a mix of experienced staff from other surrounding stores and new hires. Overall, this is a very good store. I tend to favor this one over the others near me for these reasons. Typically, its not as busy as Home Depot in Bridgeport or Fairfield.

Coffee Drinker

Always helpful staff and a generous return policy. Sometimes the self checkout registers go on the fritz and the lines back up, but theres always someone nearby to help. Items without bar codes are a hassle. They probably should pay closer attention to the items that are getting bad online reviews and get them off the shelves.

This is by far the best Home Depot in this area. They were courteous and so helpful. They didnt act like they didnt want to help like some of the other local HD in Norwalk, Derby or Bridgeport. This HD will be getting more visits and more money from me in the future. Thank you very much.

Terrible customer service from a woman named Kenesha in appliances. Called and she was so rude I almost fell off my chair hearing the way she was talking to me. I have had more problems with terrible customer service in this store and we spend a ton of money there. NOT ANYMORE!

Paint departmart is amazing. Tile guy is helpful and knowledgeable when hes there. Everyone else is running around doing a great job of "looking" very busy. Im rarely asked if I need help.
