When i wss in my 20s as a mechaniç i bought andvused snopon and mac tools. Selling those 24 years later to a newby mechanic i bought basic sears craftsman tools for home. I wss happy when harbor freight put a store in Berlin CT. Now i have re equipped my tool inventory and setup my garage with.. small band saw, drill press, belt sander, bench grinder, bench vises, table saw, radial arm saw, and vac system. My mechanics tools are now restocked with 2 sets each of sàe and metric combo wrenches up to 21mm and 1.25" as well as a set each of sae and metric ratvhet combo wrenches. Also now i can and do own 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" torque wrenches. Àlong with drills, sanders, planer, cobaalt bits. My best investment todate i feel was my 28 ton 9hp log splitter.

The store is great and clean but however some of the people working over there are rude and dont know what theyre doing I went Tuesday the November 8 2016 , during my checkout a guy that works didnt know what he was doing and couldnt scan the coupons right so he had to get a female worker that did the coupons right in order but however she was rude I think Im better off shopping at the website then the store itself

The guys at this store dont know what theyre doing. You could pick up a couple of strangers off of the street and they would run the store better in one day. You can ask them for the easiest thing theyll tell you to go to Home Depot to find it. Its the worst customer service out of any HF in Connecticut.

so happy I went to Harbor Freight on Huntington Turnpike! needed a grass trimmer/weed wacker at a reasonable price, and thanks to Melanie at Harbor Freight I found exactly what I was looking for! excellent service, great product (already used it!) perfect price!

Great store, great prices. I have a hard time leaving there without loading my carriage. I was once in the Bronx store and walked out. Total disarray. The Bridgeport store is orderly, clean, well-stocked and a pleasure to visit. Ill be back!

Harbor Freight has many tools, compressors, jacks and loads of other tools at great prices. Tools also come with lifetime warranties.
