After the holiday season, I wanted to treat myself to a new winch for my Jeep. I bought the 12,000 pound Badland winch with the extended warranty, which I have the 2500lb version on my atv. I purchased the winch December 26, 2015 at the Commack locations and brought it to a buddies house to get installed. After installing the unit my buddy realized a piece on the winch was missing, so we headed to the Bay Shore location for what we thought was a quick fix. With paperwork, such as receipt and proof of warranty along with all items included in the original packaging we went in and went to the front counter, where the cashier called for the manager Steve. We waited a brief moment or two for Steve to get to the front counters where he asked the cashier what she needed. The cashier directed him to my friend and I where his overall demeanor changed. He asked us whats going on, and I stated to Steve that we purchased a 12,000lbs winch from Commack the day prior..."take it back to Commack" I was rudely interrupted by the MANAGER. I asked him if there was anything they could do at the Bay Shore location but he said "there is nothing I can do, go to Commack" Usually, I would have inquired more as to WHY we had to go to Commack but wanted to see what the Commack location had to say about it. As soon as we arrived at the Commack location we were helped immediately by their Manager Greg and colleague Joe, who confirmed my suspicion that this issue could have and should have been immediately handed in BAY SHORE. I will from now on drive to any other Harbor Freight Tools and suggest you do the same.

June 20 4.45pm you have a verry nasty smart mouth manager he new the price labeled wrong but he treated me like dirt and total disrespect he did not adjust the price so I did not make purchase but the cashier was very nice . manager needs attitude adjustment

Great. Prices............ To bad nothing ever seems to be in stock...... And that stands true for every store on Long Island...... Four weeks, and still no generators in stock. This place really sucks...... Going on five weeks, still no generators......

Allot of hardware for your vehicle and more, seen everything had to offer from detailed catalog, just be wary of losing your sail in the harbor when it comes to prices.
