This review is long past due. I received the best service ever. I would like to give well deserved credit where it is due. The salesperson Maria who works in appliances helped me with the purchase of my electric oven. Maria was warm, pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. Maria bent over backwards to make sure I received the best service ever. I cannot remember the last time I went into a store and received such outstanding service. Unfortunately I purchased an electric oven in which I was extremely disappointed with due to the glass stove top. I only used the stove top two or three times and found it quite difficult to clean without a bubble residue remaining. Needless to say I contacted home depot and spoke to Brian the manager I explained the problems I had with the stove and he allowed me to purchase a gas stove to replace the electric. Maria who helped me originally, helped me with the exchange of the electric oven to the gas unit. Once again Maria was extremely professional, pleasant and she even gave me a followup call to make sure I was happy with the new stove. Maria I just want to thank you once again for the wonderful experience. I also hope the store realizes what a gem they have working for them and they appreciate all you do ....

I just bought a few things for a weekend project and had a nice chat with an employee who helped me find driver bits for deck screws. Turns out he is from the mid west and is up here in CT helping out an elderly mother in law. He helped me reflect on my own retirement situation. Home Depot is a nice shopping experience wherever you go.

Home depo is a good place but finding what you need is not easy if you are new to what you are going to do. There should be a search computers. You must check prices elsewhere before buying because Home Depot is always more expensive. The staffs are good and helpfull.

I come here often since it very close to my house. The service here is great, it seems like every-time Im walking through the store someone is always looking to help me, & check out is always fast. They have a great selection, and a very helpful staff.

The lady at checkout was very rude and assumed I was trying to steal everything. This is the second time this is happened at the same location and I will not go back. Extremely insulted
