Their tools arent the best but arent the worst. They have a life time garauntee. Ive been told if a tool breaks and its their brand you can walk in and they will replace it right off the shelf. They rust REAL easy. The overall employee service isnt the best and frequently i wait far longer than it should take when they are ringing up the customer infront of me when they have 1 or 2 items. I gave it a neutral review because they have frequent and good deals and fairly inexpensive. They have enough bad points as they do good so i cant say they arent good or bad but i do still use them 9 times out of 10.

Long and slow check out lines most of the time! 5 minutes to pick out an item but 15 minutes standing in line to check out! you pay in time (waiting to check out) what you saved on price! Terrible! I took the photo after about 5 minutes in line and I had people behind me. I dont know why they wouldnt make one of those (cashier-less ) check out counters into a self checkout if they dont want to hire more cashiers!

Lots of tools. Good price. Huge Lines!!! (Hour in line with 1 register.) Almost everything you could buy works. I have returned an item or two. Staff, doesnt seem to care, register lines can be long while staff chat with each other and take store phone calls. They often run out of the free items or move them to an odd spot in the store. But you can get a few cheap items here you cant get elsewhere.

nice, big store, found everything I needed. While I was checking out though, a female worker by the name of CJ kept interrupting the other lady who was helping us check out. She was going on and on about some guy and kept using provocative language. It was very annoying and disrespectful

Love the place and buy there all the time but would like to see more accessories for some of the machines. I bought the full size lathe but would like to buy things like a chuck and spindle accessories for tail stock but they dont have any. Just a suggestion.

someday I actually hope to use one of their discount coupons on something they actually have in the store. And why is it that only the cheap crap seems to be on sale. When the big dollar items are on sale, they never seem to have them in stock ....

Tools are as you would think. You need to know just what you need or because of the selection you will most probably end up with the wrong tool or item. If your a DIYer there great. I use alot of there tools and still

Line for check out is wrapping around the store only one cashier and one employee walking around neither are managers. Was buying a 720cc engine but ended up walking out after 35 minutes and only moving 15 feet

Good selection, nice store...and a DISGUSTING staff. They are rude, uncaring, and unmotivated. It takes a ridiculous time to check-out and pay. Never more than one cashier.

Dont buy anything without a coupon. Even thought their hand tools have a lifetime warranty, its not worth it to get if it is going to break the second time you go to use it.

Its Harbor Freight. Dirt cheap prices for disposible Chinese tools. Chaotic service but what else is new. Low end knick knacks are great here.

Great Store if you need to grab any tools. Lots of coupons every week. Only thing, they dont let you combine coupons so watch out!
