Whether I visit Willliams Hardware Store to buy something I need, or just to say hello to the friendly workers there, I get the same experience. Bobs store has a wonderful atmosphere and his staff are quick and responsive. They have answered all my questions and will direct me to the right place or right product when I finally get around to purchasing something.
