I have a membership card and costumer service kept me waiting half an hour checking my card because the membership was expired Ive been buying there for a long time and never get a discount or anything and when this happen they make a big deal . Also the manager at night was rude and give us no solution I couldnt but there and left my shopping cart there with a big purchase It wasnt a good experience

So many different brands that we love here. And usually much less than what we would pay at other stores. And while this location (Stratford, CT) doesnt have a gasoline station, we can easily go to other locations to save on gas purchases. Its well worth the membership!

Terrible customer service. Also I encountered a few prejudice moments at this store. From a Gold member! I would rather go to Bjs in Fairfield, CT.
