Went in to have my wifes iPhone 6s+ screen fixed. I didnt have an appointment. I checked in and was told it would be about 45 minutes before I would be taken. 2 hours later I got the text to return and drop off the phone. I waited on line to again check in and after 20 minutes of waiting I finally checked in with the one person doing the check-ins. There were 5 employees standing around doing nothing, including three complaining to each other how people keep asking them to check in. I stood around for another 10 minutes before the "genius" called my name to assist me. I asked the "genius" that helped me why those employees werent checking customers in and was told "theyre in sales, not technical." That is ludicrous! They cant take an iPad and check people in? A mildly trained chimpanzee could check in customers. I asked why I couldnt have just dropped the phone off the first time I went there and was given some nonsense about "well, if we find water damage..." Why does that change anything? Youre still making me come in several times before I could be helped. I was told the screen replacement would take 90 minutes. After 105 minutes, I went back to the store despite not getting any message saying the phone was ready. Again, checked in and waited around. Pretentious bearded guy number 3 comes out with my phone. I explained to him that I had been in the mall for 5 hours (2 hours between first check in, over an hour and a half for the repair, plus the times waiting just to be checked in and then helped) for a 90 minute repair and asked why they have so many people standing around. "Well, theyre in sales..." "So why cant they help check customers in?" "Well, were all trained in specific areas..." "Why cant anyone here multitask? Why isnt customer service a priority?" No real answer. Apple makes a hell of a phone, but the lesson learned is never use this Crapple store for anything ever again. tl;dr: theyre pretentious and slow.

I needed a new cellphone to replace my memory maxed Iphone 5 and decided on an unlocked 128gb Iphone 6s. Didnt want to wait for delivery so figured Id go to my nearest apple store to get it in person. I tried calling first to make sure they had it in stock but nobody answers. Then checked on the apple site which told me this store had inventory of the phone... so I drove 1/2 hour from my house to get it. Its not a particularly big apple store and had about 60-70 customers in it with about 15-20 red-shirted apple reps. I go up to one of them to see about buying the 6s only to be told Id have to wait 45 minutes to an hour just to talk to someone. Looking around the store it seemed evident there were enough reps to handle what would have been no more than a 5 minute transaction of my handing them a credit card and them handing me a small box. I know apple makes a decent product, I know they had cache and all that crap... but no way on gods green earth am I going to wait an hour for the apparent privilege of simply talking to one of their sales reps so that I can give them my $800 . The only store in the world Id wait so long for is perhaps if I found myself in North Korea and needed bread. What kind of a salesperson rationally expects a customer to wait such a period of time? Ive been to other apple stores with the same customer/rep ratio and the wait wasnt nearly as long- if, in fact, there was a wait at all. 45 minutes to an hour is simply ridiculous. Am now the owner of a 128gb Google Pixel. Didnt get it yet, but if Im going to have to wait I might as well use the time for something with the functionality I need (unlimited photo storage, cutting edge camera & a non-proprietary headphone jack). Happy Holidays

We went to the store and we told them that we were looking to buy a MacBook Pro for my daughter. In the front of the store we were told to wait 5-10 minutes by a nasty employee. By nasty I mean no smile no enthusiasm he did not greet us or show any interest at all. So that was that. Then we waited 20 minutes. After waiting that long nobody came to us we had to ask to be helped to who I think was the manager. When we asked they quickly got us the computer and gave us a different employee to do the sign in on the computer. Now this was a special buy for my daughter it is her 13th birthday. Not to mention weve always bought from that store( 3 MacBook pros, 3 apple watches and 1 iPad Pro and we all have iPhones) we have never complained or been angry. After we finished setting up the computer which by the way the employee did not treat as if this was important. He told us laughing in a sarcastic way that they did not have any bags left. This may not seem like a big deal but this is her first computer also its raining outside like crazy and its just a special day overall. She wanted the bag to remember her first MacBook. I do not have the names of the employees but if you really need their names I could go back to the store and ask for their information. Thank you so much for your interest. Attached to this message is our receipt

I brought in a laptop with a dead speaker and a broken arrow key. According to the Genius I spoke with, the speaker part needed to be ordered, and I would be called when it arrived. They also said they would wait to fix the arrow key until the speaker part came in. I imagine this was because they only have one Mac Tech on staff, and he couldnt be bothered to have to open the same Macbook twice in a week. I waited a week before calling myself and asking if the part was in, to which I was told it came in a few days prior and they forgot to call me. I brought it in for repair, which took a night, and the next morning I got a call saying my laptop had to be sent out because they could not fix the issue. This took the whole weekend to do. I just got my Macbook back today, and the left speaker works again, but my arrow key is still broken. This is not a review against Apple or their products in any way, but more so a warning to not take your machines to this particular store.

1st after bringing in my recently purchased Macbook Pro, from eBay, for $315..., they said... "OH, you have a warrenty, do not know why u do, or where it came from but there is a warrenty so u r covered with whatever is wrong with your unit...!" 2-3 weeks later.... they called ,me-> I thought wow, very little expericance with Apple I am impressed,...! But it ended there.... Turns out becasue someone, whoever owned it b4 me, went into it, there was a case screw or two or even 3 mssing is how they knew, someone opened the case..... I guess they didnt notice that when I originaly brought it in... ..But it voided all warrenties, said or had... But they can fix it for me for $325.00, my cost... Yea rght~! "THNX, a bunch, but I am good I told them..." Turns out it needed a hard drive, which I got on eBay, a good enough one at 225 GB, plus OS Snow whatevers..., wound up costing me- $45.00 my cost. $20 for the HD- $25 for the OS. Thanks anyway guys, and c u soon.......
