My items were accidentally send out the store and Upon inquiring about my purchase I was told the store will call the cops ) . Maybe they thought I tried to scam them .... Whenever was the case ; " Was rude and tasteless comment since I feel this was costumer service fault since my package supposed to be send out to my house. The worse was when I called to see if the store picked up my order and the representative miss informed me when she said the printer was not delivered when the deliver was at 12 pm . . Quiet done with this location Why so much hostility when costumer service transferred me " to the wrong store " ... I got 150 off my purchase due the " miss understanding " . Dont let employees miss treat you by saying they be calling to the cops ...

The copy and print center needs Jesus. Did not enjoyed my experience with them. I asked them if I can have 4 signs made with letters and ended up with 4 posters, not only that, but they misspelled a word even tho I wrote it clearly and correctly. I took a business card the day before and was told that would be ready by 12 noon. Got the the store at 4 pm and my business cards were no where near of being ready. I wa told that they have a lot of work to do and that my cards were 4th in line when I brought them the day before and (I repeat) was told by a copy and print associate that my card were gonna be ready at 12 noon. I traveled three cites before making it to the store. I am sooooooo dissatisfied with their services. I Will no longer come to this store.

While at the store I asked the manager to check the stock room for an item that was out of stock in the isle. She came back and said they had none. I went home to order on line and noticed theres 6 in stock at the store. I call the store to double check and she said she found them and that they were "hidden". I asked her to leave one with the cashier but when I go back to the store she had given the chasier the wrong item. The manager goes back to the office and hands the cashier the correct item. Mistakes happen but not once did the manager say sorry about the mistake.

I sat in front of the Boston post Rd. store for 20min. Only to find out I had to wait 30min for the manager to arrive late to open the store. I think its ridiculous the the entire staff is standing outside of the store and the manager is the only one not to arrive on time.

This store does not care about customers. Person working at the copy center only cares about flirting and trying to pick up the men who are there. You ask for a call when your order is ready and no one does. You have to call them. Very poor customer service.

I wanted the print shop to enlarge my company logo to a poster. They were unable to do it. Manager with 8 years experience was not very helpful or knowledgeable. Went up the road to FedEx and they had it printed perfectly while I waited without any issues.
