Ive visited this location 3 times. My first visit was due to a shattered screen, they replaced it but I noticed my phone no longer picked up touch like it use to. My phone was slower and clicked on things I didnt, I went back and they told me a piece was broken inside, they told me they didnt have the piece in stock and theyd have to order it. So I get the piece put in right ? My screen now has 2 spots in the screen where they lighting is dull, it almost looks as if water got into my screen! I asked about this of course and he said hed fix it, I left my phone there and came back and he said he fixed it, but it was still there then he proceeded to tell me it was due to too much pressure on the screen? Oh okay so you just basically admitted to putting my phone together wrong, on top of that the right side of my iPhone now looks as if they pride it open with a knife or something, I asked about this, the younger gentleman there told me hed have to glue it although I dont recall my phone needing glue before I came here. Id highly recommend getting your phone fixed professionally rather risking a half ass job I wasted over $100 at this place and left with more problems on my phone than I went in with. Quality over quantity is all I have to say

I took my kindle fire to GCS and asked them to fix it, It would not charge, the charging port was bad. They told me it would be $69 and that I wouldnt get it back until saturday ( dropped it on Monday) when I went to pick it up they told me it was repaired and that the charger I was presently using was bad. Ok. ( I use this charger all the time) I took the kindle home, it was half charged, i played with it to get the battery low, plugged it in and low and behold, it wont charge!!! I plugged it into my computer and it wouldnt go into charge, I plugged it into the wall charger, it wouldnt go into charge. The charger I was trying to use , one was brand new and worked(I tried in on my phone) the other was the one they told me was bad, tried this on my phone also, it was good. I returned to GCS and they told me it would be an additional $20 because it needed a new charging port. Well I asked for a credit and took the kindle home. Look, a brand new one costs $159, why would I pay $90. These guys have no idea what they are doing, They told me it was repaired, then when it wasnt repaired told me it needed a new port. Why would you tell me it was fixed if it wasnt. What a ripoff shop this!!!!

To whomever takes the time to read this, You are currently looking what seems to be a well reviewed place of business, and that may understandably encourage you to bring your valuable devices to this apparently reputable store. Go elsewhere. My request for services were simple. I had a laptop that would not sleep, and an ipod that would not turn on. Here is what I experienced. 1. I was never given a receipt verifying they were in possession of my devices. 2. I was charged almost $100 for, what I eventually believed to be simple driver updates. Driver updating is a simple process one can do at home in minutes at the click of a button. 3. When I asked specifically what the problem was, the owners response was, "Im not here to teach you." 4. My laptop problem still occurs and is not fixed. 5. My ipod was never fixed. I was not charged for this. Im not angry, Im just sick of businesses taking advantage of people who are not comfortable with tackling very complicated problems in areas outside of their expertise. Similar things happen with auto mechanics and physicians. All I can do is warn you and hope that as many people see this as humanly possible. Go elsewhere, please.

I honestly had a remarkable experience at GCS, would recommend it highly to anyone, and will definitely utilize their services again. I called with a question, received a comprehensive explanation, and when I came in to have my phone repaired the staff were friendly, assisted me quickly and price was definitely reasonable. No one tried to upsell me, or take advantage of my need for prompt service with limited techy knowledge. I also browsed around at their retail items, fair price on cords, covers, etc. but if I were considering buying a used computer I would definitely go there, prices seemed very competitive. In Shoprite plaza so plenty of parking. Two thumbs up from me!

I took my phone in for a screen replacement. was done in a couple days. Although they did say they called and left a message when I could pick it up, I received no such message. They also were not clear with the cost up front. I assumed the $69 I paid up front was the total cost of parts and labor but I later found out that was just parts and had a $20 labor fee due at pickup. Would have like more clarification on pricing and more attention to communication. Also $69 seems a little high for a replacement screen. I would have gladly waited an extra week if they could knock off the cost of expediated shipping on ordering the part.

Honestly thank god for this repair service. The first time I went to them I needed my PS4 HDMI port fixed and due to my lack of funds they negotiated a more than fair price with me. Which is why I didnt hesitate to bring my iPhone to them when I shattered the screen. While Apple wanted to charge me $400 to fix a $650 phone they charged me $124 to fix it and said they could do it in one day.

They always take care of me I went to the mall once to get my phone done and they lost a couple screws and ruined my phone I went to another place and they ended up losing all my information about my phone. Everytime I come here though they always do a great job and in a timely manner.

Everyone there was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions about current repairs and future plans of repairs we have. Estimated time was given of same day for phone repair and they called 3 hours earlier to say it was done. We highly recommend them.

Very informative and friendly staff. I cracked my iphone touch screen glass and they were able to repair in a matter of hours. Other places charged more and had about a 3 day turn a round time. Not these guys!!!!! Will come back again when need arises.

The service was was wonderful and they were very kind. The laptop was ready 4 days before expected. It was like next day service! It was far better than the experience we went through with Geek Squad. Ill definitely be going to them from now on.
