All I can say is Class Cycles is the best! Greg and Dan and all the guys there are just top notch. Ive been going there for years but this summer I decided to really step up my road bike game and Greg helped me put together a monster Trek Edmonda. Their customer service is spectacular and you never feel like theyre pushing you to make a purchase or spend more than you need to. The guys are so knowledgeable and are always up on the latest gear. If Greg doesnt have something in stock then he usually gets in a day or two. Hands down the best bike shop in CT!

I visited 3 other bike shops before Class Cycle that had equal quality bikes and comparable prices.The clincher for me getting my bike at Class Cycle was the personnel. Dan is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job understanding the kind of rider I am . He helped me pressure free in selecting a great bike within my budget. Knowing Andreas cycling background, her certifications and expertise in fitting me correctly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Class Cycle.

Ive been a serious cycling enthusiast for 20 years. This is the only store I go to for my bicycle needs. I bought three high end bikes from them already and Ive been extremely happy. They always seem to have everything you need and in the rare case they are out of stock, they get what I need fast.. Their merchandise is top quality. Roy and Greg are very helpful and very honest. I will always support this store.

Im a former Bethel Cycle customer that needed to find a new bike shop in the area. Class Cycles is more of a drive to get to, but a way better shop with none of that snobby attitude. Not suprised Bethel Cycle went outta business. Class Cycle is top notch with service, parts and friendliness. They just dont cater to the geek with a cycling kit advertising the stores name. A good lesson in retail business.

They will help you with a simple flat, picking out your first bike, or building a savvy custom build. Stop by to check it out or join them for a group ride.

I have bought several bicycles from this shop over the last three or four years. The staf fis always nice and does not put any pressure on you to buy anything. They ordered several bikes for me to try before I decided which one I liked and there was not even a requirement to purchase any of them. I will continue to support this shop!
