Great experience, they know what theyre doing. I was in another shop before coming here looking to buy a Specialized Rockhopper, as i have always rode that brand and my friend just got one and i test drove it in stillwell and loved it. When they didnt have my size frame in stock, I looked around and went to CycleFast USA on Jericho in Huntington. It was one of the owners I dealt with, he suggested the Cannondale Rush 6. (The other store said i needed a small frame, but he suggested the medium, and he was right). Not only did he know my exact frame, but he fit everything to me, set everything up, showed me how to snap my shoes into the peddles and what other accessories were a good fit. Just a good all round experience and i am very happy with the results. As for pricing, it was at list (some places may have had it for a bit less) but overall worth the extra service and whatnot. Remember, this store is on Jericho Tpk. in Huntington, so given that its a fair price. I dont run my business on 3% profit and so shouldnt anyone else. BTW, i get a TON of compliments on the frame, this bikes a real eye catcher as well as a beast in the woods. Very glad i came here and he suggested this bike. So i recommend this place, the bike came with a good service plan, they know what theyre doing and thats worth your business. Remember, when you buy a bike, you also buy into the store, so dont cheap out. BTW, Cannondale is better than Specialized.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.I bought 3 $400 Cannondale bikes last April for my 3 teenagers. The derailers on 2 of the bikes fell off within 1 month. I brought the bikes in for repair and was told it was my kids fault they were too rough on the bikes. Wait What??? 1 month 2 Cannondale MOUNTAIN bikes were broken because my kids road them on the road to and from their friends house? I paid $100 each to have them fixed, well wouldnt you know with in 1 more month it happened AGAIN with both bikes!!! Again my kids fault and another $200. After the 3rd time with in 6 months I was not happy, he still said it was my kids faults, gave me one for free. (bikes were still only 6 months old.) I decided I would bring it to a different bike shop, as one of the bikes felt like the derailer was going again. Immediately the new shop noticed they were put on incorrectly and was about to go again, when they looked at the 3rd bike said it was incorrect also was surprised has not fallen off yet. BUT the kicker is the new store stated the derailers on the bikers were for LITTLE KID BIKES, and were the lowest quality... He said he would fix them but I opted to go with the correct derailers for $50 NOT $100!!! The charged my 2X as much for low quality equipment 6TIMES!!! THEY ARE CROOKS.. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

very rude and extremely overpriced. I brought my bike in for repairs. They looked at the bike and told me it needed $200 worth of repairs. 2 days later they call me telling me i need to spend another $100 for parts that would need to be replaced within the next year....I didnt have them fix those parts if they were going to last me a year. I paid $20 twice for installation fees. If you walk into this place in jeans and a t shirt they will treat you very rudely. Come in with a suit and tie and they will treat you like gold. Probably because everything in that place is marked up 100%. A bike cover is $55. Helmets are $140+. Gloves are $55+. Not returning here anytime soon.

I recently purchased a new carbon frame Cannondale from the folks at Cycles Fast after having gotten the bad news that my Bianchi (13 years old) had expired (broken frame). I am extremely pleased with my purchase and look forward to many enjoyable rides on my Cannondale. Above all, I was very well advised and assisted by Bill who took the time to show me my options. Once I had made my decision, he also took the time to make sure my new bike was properly fitted to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable. Its nice to know the shop is in my neighborhood. Keep up the good customer service!

A big-time rip off, and poor service. I bought a helmet there and broke the visor. When I want back to see if I could get a replacement, the salesperson said "They dont make them" and brushed me off. I went on the web and found a helmet dealer that sent me a replacement free, even though I didnt buy the helmet there. Another rip off -- they charge $8 for a CO2 cartridge! And if you want to buy a bike, theyll try to change your mind to buy whatever they have in stock -- even if its not right for you. Overall, Id avoid this place.

I purchased a bike there last summer. What a mistake. I had many many problems with the bike. The chain broke on my first long ride. Then 3 spokes snapped. The crankset started to make a loud noise and the owner told me it is normal. Every time i hit a bump, the seat goes down.The list goes on and on. These are the same clowns that used to own Frenchies in Huntington. Do yourself a favor...stay away from this place.

Absolutely floored by the incredible customer service from Kevin. Came in for a helmet and air pump and he helped me every step of the way. Even came outside and helped me take my bike out without me even asking. Was a total gentleman & was incredibly friendly! I usually buy everything on amazon, but after this experience, I will only be returning to this store. Thank you!!

I went there to buy a new set of tires and told them not to throwout the rear training tire I had on it because I had only put it on a month before to use on my trainer. I even called them afterward to insure they wrote in on the work order. When I went to pick up the bike they had thrown away the tire and refused to replace it. I would not recommend going to them

Neil sold me a wrong size bike, refuses to take responsibility. I lost 4,000 dollars because of his unprofessional behavior. He is well known among local cycle shops as a snake. Do not trust him, all he cares about is money.

Neil is a really nasty guy. Came in with my son to buy a bike and the guy sold him the wrong size! Seems to just care about money, said I used the bike and wouldnt take it back. Real bad taste from this place.

Has a wide selection but extremely overpriced. Always suggests the most expensive option and charges extra if you want simple items you buy installed i.e. Pedals. Come here if you want to get nickel and dimed
