DangerousToaster

To avoid problems with customers, go early. There is always a percentage of ****holes. The employees in Southbury you have nothing to worry about. They are your friends. They provide 5 star service, especially in the bakery. There will always people who complain over a few dollars in reviews, but heres a good review. Their products are delicious, inexpensive, and life changing. Want to see the 5 stars in effect? Go tomorrow at a reasonable time, grab a bagel, ask the baker to cream cheese it for you, and grab a baguette for lunch. You wont be disappointed. Not to mention they pretty much pay for the gas you use to travel there if you get gas rewards.

Ugh. The business plan here seems to be: Maximize profit by getting rid of any employee that is skilled (and therefore being paid a decent wage), stocking only what we were able to get at a discount recently, and convincing the customers to do as much of our work as possible. I loathe this store.

It is a decent store and they have organic products but Shop Rite is very close to this store and is considerably cheaper. Also this plaza is terrible. There is only one way in and out and the traffic controls are no good. Also people that go here seem to be terrible drivers.

I dropped something in produce, when I bent to pick it up I noticed a half a dozen baited mouse traps underneath the banana stand. It was disgusting and I will not but produce at this store again.

There is only one pharmacist...that has to fill and dispense prescriptions. Southbury has an older population and to wait a long time, is very difficult. Please consider hiring more help.

The front entrance is dirty with litter every time I have shopped there. Makes me feel uncomfortable. If you challenge this statement I will send you a picture. Thank you

Plaza is cluttered but by far my favorite S&S. Has everything you need. If youre worried about the prices then clearly you cant afford to shop here.

Shoprite is a superior grocery. Not to mention Ive had in excess of $1,700 car body damage from careless shoppers. No problems at Shoprite.
