My husband always buys groceries here since its close to his job and they have a large selection of stuff he likes to eat. Today he bought goat head, I know eww. As I was trying to prepare it for cooking I found that the thing was infested with large maggots, big ones. The little suckers were about almost an inch long and fat. After screaming in terror and puking all over the place. I called he place to complain but they behaved rude and was unwilling to listen. Im not interested in a monetary compensation just an apology, but I got none. I tossed everything in the dumpster and now they have lost our business.

Competitive prices at the fruit and vegetable section, lot of authentic produce that you wont find at major food stores. If youre looking for Korean produce they have the largest selection in Fairfield county that I know of, however that doesnt say much about their selection. If youre looking for sauces, raw ingredients and dried packages youll find lot of the ingredients that you need, however the pre-made banchan (side dishes) that Korean cuisine is known for, youre out of luck; the only selection you will find is kimchi...

I used to shop every week since they opened on Sylvan Avenue till I had an extremely bad customer service experience. Due to this I refuse to go here anymore. I was disappointed on the treatment I received. I have seen the poor customer service to other customers as well.

Quick shopping experience for last minute items. Great pricing on fresh seafood. Weary of the meats sold here- rather have them cut meats fresh than buying the pre-packaged stuff. Fruit and veggies good for same day eats. Very good pricing on most items- great specials.

One of the managers is a pain in the neck. One time I went there, Im in a wheelchair, after the checkout, I thought he was going to help me with the carriage, but he took it away from me, living me with the bags on the floor... I got very angry about it.

I try not to go shopping here. Go only when absolutely necessary. They have a great selection of international products but find a lot of the time the people in the store are so rude. If you can look past that and have lots of patience, then check it out

My experience with food bazzar is not that great!! Its close to my home and really wish the meats were fresh!! Ive tried a few times. The beef section is HORRIBLE most of packaged beef was brown not fresh. TERRIBLE

One of the only places in the area to get certain Korean items such as dduk, gochujang and japchae noodles. They have a wide variety of other standard and ethnic food as well as a great looking seafood section.

They have the absolute best produce at dirt cheap prices. And the best prices on fish too and the rotisserie chickens are like you took the chicken right out of your own oven at home! The best place to shop.

I couldnt believe the wide selection of products here. They even have isles set up by nationality/ethnic so you can find specific products, e.g. if youre from the caribbean.
