I found a check from Geoff for furniture of mine that he sold in 2012 when I moved. The check was dated 2012 that I did not cash, so I sent it back to Geoff to send me another replacement check. I felt my bank would not cash the two year old check. I have called at least 7 times to ask Geoff to pay me my money, and he keeps saying he sent the check but I have not received any money from him for all the furniture of mine that he sold. I do not know why he will not pay me. Please ask why he will not pay me. He admits he owes me the money and I have the proof he does owe me. I have worked with Geoff since he became the new owner and many years before with Dan, the previous owner who never cheated me.

I like this store and the owner is quite pleasant. HOWEVER while he seems to run a very brisk business with generally good inventory and en eye for fashionable vintage styles, to me, the prices are rather steep - in some cases, bumping up against prices for similar, new furniture when on sale. AND there seems little room for negotiation. At times, some ridiculous offerings: a rusted plant stand for $ 40; amateur painted furniture for $ 100 +; beat-up, very small leather ottoman - $35; worn-out, uncomfortable club chairs for $ 200 +..

I came in for the first time a few days ago and loved this place! Great selection of furniture and I thought the prices were decent and a lot caught my eye. Nice paintings and jewelry too lots of great stuff I was happy I found this place and will def be back. I purchased a bird painting and vintage avon locket so far and may go back for furniture especially a dining room set. The woman there was nice I think the owners daughter and Im taking a friend soon.

The furniture is in very nice shape, and the quality seems very high. There is a lot of turnover, so if you dont see something you like, come back later.
