Ill never shop from them again!!! First when I called inquiring about what they have to offer a sales rep actually answered the phone "Hello"....Am I calling a place of business or somebodys cell phone?? I had to ask "ummm is this American Freight?" The sales rep uninterestedly answered "yea"...First red flag, but you know I still decided to give them a chance...Then when I walked in the store, it was dingy the carpets were extremely dirty, they have a very limited variety to selection from in store. But worst of all is the customer service, it reminded me of what you would expect shopping for a vehicle at a used car dealership! You know dreading having to deal with sleazy scum bag sales people who dont really care about your buying needs. I spoke to a sales person, who when I told her what I was looking for, didnt listen to me at all, showing me stuff that didnt reflect what I told her. After showing me a few couches she passed me off to another sales person (I guess she figured I wasnt a real buyer.) The new sales person showed me the exact same limited selection in their mediocre showroom the previous salesperson did. Then she too passed me off to yet another sales person, are you kidding me?? The whole experience was totally unprofessional and I was turned off completely. Also they dont offer financing, all sales are final, and they work with a rinky-dink delivery service that also offer below average service. The folks at American Freight really need to get with the program and consider new management, I wouldnt recommend anyone shopping at this establishment. Try your luck at Bobs discount furniture or Ikea first.

Very good furnishing options available at the best discounted price, I have personally referred this place to my friends and they are planning to visit / buy many items. Finally connecting the furniture fixtures are also very easy and can be done by self without much complication. Happy Shopping all !!!
