We purchased a mattress, adjustable base and some accessories in December. Dawn Lancour was very professional and helpful. She tried very hard to meet our needs. Delivery was on time and pleasant. Dawn even followed up the sale a few days later with a phone call to make sure everything went well. We told her the mattress may not be the right mattress to meet our needs. She suggested we give it thirty days then if need be we could return it. Finally after thirty days we determined it was not the right mattress for us. Dawn worked with us to find the right mattress and make the exchange. Delivery was again very good and we are very pleased with our new mattress. Dawn made this a very pleasant experience and we will go back to Dawn and the Enfield Mattress Firm for any bedding needs. There are many choices in the area to purchase bedding but the service made us repeat customers.

Cannot say enough good things about Reggie, the sales associate who assisted me. He let me and my mom shop at our own pace without making us feel like we were being monitored, offered useful and good-humoured assistance when requested, and answered every single question we had about purchasing this new mattress. He even gave us some additional information on the warranty, which will come in handy down the line. The mattress was delivered just as Reggie said it would be without any hassle, and it feels great! Grade-A customer service and a product to match.

Dawn was great to work with. She took the time to ask questions about what was important to me, she asked about my knowledge level of the mattresses was, etc. She explained the differences between the mattresses and why those differences were important and what they mean to me. She did not steer me to the more expensive mattresses but rather focused on what felt the best to me. I did not feel any pressure to buy, she just provided candid and honest answers to my questions.
