I brought my car here to have a stereo system installed. After paying more than $200 for installation and an extra part, I brought it home to find that the stereo was making a strange hissing noise and the electronic systems in my car were not working properly. The controls on the steering wheel didnt work. The switch to move the drivers seat forward and backwards was broken. They charged me for a filter for the stereo but never installed it. I repeatedly returned to have the problems corrected and they blamed the stereo itself for the problems I was having with the hissing sounds. I finally had to take it to another place to get the stereo corrected. They fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I wont be returning to Planet Hi Fi. And if anyone gives this place more than 1-2 stars, it probably means you work there.

Put a automatic starter in my car, for weeks had issues shifting out of park. repeatedly blamed My car as the issue. Just ran into another person who was stuck in line at dunkin donuts I...same issue. Dont use these guys

My go to place for every starter put in all my familys vehicles. They also put my light bar and other light sets on my jeep. Will be going back for new add ons in the future.

Its A nice place the people are really nice I went to get a rear view camera and a remote car starter and it was done in good time for a good price would go to again 100%

I have had them put starters in three cars over the past 12 months..no issues with any of them. Staff is friendly and work completed on time...and I dont work for them!

Poor instalation! ! Went to other audio place to have everything fixed they did!! I would not recommend them to anyone! !
