Horrible Service! The quality of patient care is at a ZERO! The staff never answers their phones or has you on hold for over 25 minutes. When you have a complaint nobody knows what to say or do. No one takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong and blames each other. They are unorganized. Rude. Disrespected me in front of other patients. I had to threaten to call the Dept of Health on them before they would even give me my money back. The manager is incompetent and cares very little for her patients. The owner must go through hell because of his staff. He eventually helped me and was kind but that was only after I went through hell not being able to see for a week. I suggest you go find another eye doctor. This practice is very unprofessional and incompetent. Try Dr. Gerber! He is awesome and helped me to get the proper care I needed after Harvey and Lewis and Hispana Vision both dropped the ball on my patient care.

Es lo peor pague 60 dólares y recuerdo que frente a mi madre y una amiga me dijeron que al otro día ya yo tendría mis espejuelos son muy mentirosos ahora me dicen y que debo esperar dos semanas pero descuida yo llamaré al plan médico y les diré lo que me están haciendo estas personas. No los recomiendo no vengan aquí

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I had an appoinment on Wednesday. I ended up having two flat tires so I ran about 10 minutes late. I called and she said it was not a problem because the doctor was running late. I got there and checked in. She says, " Hopefully the doctor will be in any minute. I am not sure what time." They open at 9 or 10. Its 11:15 and you dont know when the doctor will be in? Walked out and went to Cohen in the mall. They took me in within 5 mins and was out within 20 minutes.

La peor experiencia de mi vida no lo recomiendo para nada, te dicen te llamo mañana y nunca te llaman, pague mis espejuelos y para que me lo hicieran tuve que esperar mas de una semana y tuve que ir allá y hacer un escándalo

Bad experience. The made me and appointment. I go there the appointment was not in the book. Second appointment i call because Im running late. The tell me the will wait for me. Get there after i get there the cancel the appointment. So $50 dollars later the i paid for taxi to get there and back to my house Im still dont have my glasses the i need so much for work and driving. A really bad place to get your glasses.

Horrible, paid for a contact fitting, they never called me for them and my prescription was only a few months old and had to re do it all over again, paying out of pocket.. never again. i recommend Harvey & Lewis on 45 Asylum Ave, right in the hospital. they do payment plans, are awesome and they CALL PEOPLE. Hispana Vision are lazy !!!!!

Ive been going to them for over 10 yrs and my only conplaint is the wait and minimal seating. Make an appointment for 10 and dont get seen til 11,12 oclock . The staff always been kind to me and always helped me when I needed help with something

The service is terrible. An hour wait even if youve scheduled an appt. Low on staff , terrible terrible service. They leave you on hold for hours and misplace presciptions.
