I am not from this area but I was in Springfield recently and I dropped my glasses and broke them in half. I googled Opticians in the area and Agawam Opticians came up on my search. I am SO glad it did! Aaron listened to my tale of woe, asked me to come over to the store as soon as possible so that he could order a new pair of lenses for me. He had them overnighted and the next day I had a new pair of glasses. To get me through the day, he found a pair of frames that would fit my old lenses and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend Agawam Opticians for any of your eyeglass needs. Aaron was so pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you Aaron!!

Aaron, the person who attended me and my wife was very kind and gave us excellent counsel concerning my wife´s glasses. The service was very good. In less than 24 hours the eyeglasses were prepared. The variety of frames is adequate and they have either men or women frames. I would recommend this shop without a second thought to everyone who is looking for eyeglasses and lens near Agawam, Massachusetts.
