In order to order contacts online at a much cheaper price, you need to get verification for your prescription from your dr. Well when the online co. asked for it, the Dr. at Eyeglass Place said it had expired, which was a lie, I called them on it and they said that it wasnt my prescription but my contact. Which I found out was not true also. When I went to a new Dr., they tried withhold my info from my new Dr., I had to called them on it before it was straighten out. Which was really stressful b/c its your word against theirs. To sum it up, they had a reason for everything, even though it is not true info. I wanted to help out with local small businesses, but it is not worth the aggravation. Good luck if you want to do business with these people.

I have a complicated prescription that took a lot of trial and error to get right. Denise has the patience of a saint and is always willing to go the extra mile to get my contact prescription and new progressive lenses prescription as perfect as possible. Never once did I feel rushed and my questions and concerns continue to always be addressed. After being a patient in a "big box" practice in town for most of my contact/glasses life I cannot describe how refreshing it is to feel like I am the only patient that matters! Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks Denise!!

Incredibly rude staff. I called early in the afternoon to ask if I needed an appointment for my daughter to pick out glasses if she already had a prescription. The woman who answered stated that we did not need an appointment. We arrived at the eyeglass place around 4pm. There was only one woman shopping for glasses in the store. The two employees we saw on the floor completely ignored us. Not one "hello." Not one "Ill be with you in a few minutes" nothing. Did not acknowledge us. So we left. Very disappointed considering the good reviews I read.

I have a VERY complicated prescription for my contact lenses. Denise and everyone at the Eyeglass Place have gone above and beyond to get me the best contacts I can get. They have ordered multiple trials for me and made many tweaks to get the perfect lens. My son, who is on the autism spectrum can have a hard time at the eye doctor, but here they are very patient and understanding and he loves to go there! Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

I stongly recommend the Eyeglass Place. Denise and Neil are very professional and couteous with their customers .They are very patient and will go out of their way to accomodate your needs. My family has been a customer for over 25 years. Regardless of what insurance we have, weve continued to return because they are wonderful people and give great service.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! All of the opticians employed at this business are beyond knowledgeable and friendly! The lady who work there claims herself as the manager and the owners daughter, named Denise is very rude, and dishonest. She say one thing today and another thing later. Lies one after another. I would NOT recommend anybody about this place!

Every time I go in, the staff is always quick to help me.. Twice Ive had them repair my glasses, and they did so both times very quickly at no charge. I appreciated it very much.
