We used this place because of the fact that my husbands insurance would cover glasses here. His glasses fell apart and the lens fell out. The place closes at 4 p.m., (current time is 3:45 p.m.) they would not wait for us to get there so the glasses could be fixed. Please tell me how is he suppose to see or read for the rest of the weekend? At over $300 for frames and lens you would expect a little better customer service. They are not open on Sundays. The can not accomadate him until after 10 a.m. on Monday morning. He needs to be at work for 8 a.m. and in meetings. Service and back up for emergency cases is non-existence. Glasses are frames are expensive here. Will not use them again.

Ive been going for about 10 years now, every time I walk through the door they are very helpful, as good or better than other opticians/stores Ive been to. They dont push, and if you tell them you dont need help you can wander trying glasses for hours. If they dont have it, they will order it for you. Glasses come in quickly, and you can usually get in for an appointment quickly. I would (and do) recommend Enfield Optician to anyone.

Easy to schedule an appointment and worked around my schedule. The Dr was great, I was surprised at how thorough he was, definitely coming back to see Dr John N. Glasses selection was excellent, cant wait for them to come in.
