If youve been buying your glasses on-line at places like Zenni Optical or 39.00 glasses, but want to find a local place that actually takes State insurance, seek no further. I was able to find two pairs of glasses - 1 reading, 1 distance sun-glass - and with my insurance covering one, I only paid 75.00 for the sunglasses and that was extra 20.00 for the tint. They were a glasses style I would never have thought would look good on my but liked, because, obviously, I was able to try them on, which on on-line service (even though you can post a photo of yourself and "try on" glasses) you cant. They came in in about 2 and a half weeks though I think it was longer due to the fact that I bought 2. Bi-focals are 120.00 extra however, even with insurance, so Id go online for those, if I need to. Zennis Bi-focals are not quite as pricey, from what I remember.

I have been going there for 5 years, gave them many chances enough is enough, and the only reason I go is because they take my insurance. They are very slow and make a lot of mistakes, their doctors seem to feel like they rather be somewere else then taking care of their clients. The ladies in the office do not answer phones and if they do they put you on hold forever. I am changing services now and not ever going back just for my doctor records...Very dissapointed...never answer their phone...I guess they dont need the business. If you go and have an appointment expect to stay there at least 3-4 hours..very slow..and distracted with their personal issues..Unprofessional...poor service!!!!!!!!

Claim they leave you voicemails about contacts being available for pick up. When you get there its not even in the building. Told me when I ordered it will take a week. Its been 2 weeks and nothing. Keeps you on hold for long periods of time. The hours are horrible. I left work early at 4 because they close at 5. I get there is 4:20 and they are already closed. Not convenient at all.

Me and my kids have been coming to this establishment for quite a while now , I dont think I would go anywhere else. Front of the house staff had helped me out to the fullest , even when I am out of state . All I could say is thanks ......

Very unprofessional when you call inquiring about your glasses and they send there phone system to an answering service because they are to socializing in the office than to answer a phone. That is not proper customer service.

They didnt call to tell me that my kids glasses were ready and the hours suck. I have to leave work early to and get him so that we can go pick them up. Not happy. I will more than likely not be back.
