charged me 120$ for a vape with the battery looked online after the fact and found out it sells for only 30-40$ online. I have always gone there for my pipes and thought it would be a good place to go for this apparently not. grimy, ill never go back. moral of the story stay away and dont trust what they say. UPDATE: not even a week into having said vape i go to use it in the morning and it wont even turn on! I call the store and explain the situation and the man on the phone tells me something may be loose and to bring it in and they will happily look at it for me. I go in and see the woman who sold it to me, in my head im already thinking positive because i will say that she was EXTREMELY pleasant the first time and was the one who convinced me to buy this as i had originally gone in for the cheap 20$ pen but trusted the advice she gave me, i was hoping maybe she would be just as helpful this time around. WRONG,WRONG,WRONG!!! The second she sees me she instantly has an attitude with no smile she asks me how she can help me, i tell her the situation and she instantly responds "well you must have dropped it in water" EXCUSE ME??? mind you she has not even looked at it yet (which btw it was NOT dropped in water, im a firm believer in taking responsibility of the things you have done so i would not have even wasted my time or hers if this was the case.). So i tell the woman no I havent dropped it in water it just doesnt turn on and isnt there a way she can tell if theres water damage, she proceeds to take out the battery and put in another one, which to no surprise it doesnt turn on, then hands it back to me and says "well things dont just stop working you must have dropped it in water"... uhm yes things do just stop working thats why there is such a thing called a WARRANTY! Now completely upset with the way im being treated i inform her that I know i was charged more than double what its worth and that i have not done anything to break this which she responds with "I know ive seen your google review". Awesome so at least we both know I know ive been ripped off.. this explain her attitude towards me. i then tell her that she has not even tried to fix the thing and if she will even look at it, seeing as when she first gave it to me she couldnt get it to turn on either and had it to the hottest setting possible so when she had me test it, it was incredibly hot and had to fix it. she then just takes the tank out puts it back in, in such a frenzy that all of the juice spills out of the tank and all over her. She hands me the tank dripping with juice with a paper towel, yea thanks. i ask to speak to a manager who she tells me will be in tomorrow and im more than welcome to come see. Hopefully the manager of this place has more customer service skills than this woman although if they know how this person treats returning customer im very weary. ive never been more insulted and just plain disappointed with service in my entire life! as a manager of a store myself i can not believe anyone would act like this towards a customer! i wouldnt even be upset if this woman had at least given me 30 seconds of her time and was polite. will update once i speak to a manager and hopefully can change this review to something positive.

Amanda Richards was a pleasure to conduct business with. Purchased two pieces from here and got a great deal on both of them. Most of the head shops around town charge and arm and a leg for inferior products, it was a nice change of pace to see such great deals and pleasant employees. One of the few smoke shops that sell kratom in CT! Easy to find, awesome staff, and great products and prices. Was told online it would be around $25 for 25 grams, but I was able to get 100 capsules for $50! Will always be a loyal customer when I blow it and run out of my online orders.
