I would like to start this review by saying that I like to think I am a very reasonable consumer. I went into Northern Lights knowing its products were pricey but I assumed it was because they were of a higher quality than its competitors. I purchased a different glass bowl because the one that came with my $200 water bong was borderline useless. 5 days later the glass screen on my $45 bowl broke seemingly out of nowhere after running water through it. I called Northern Lights and the previously helpful demeanor of its employees changed greatly. I was told I "wouldnt be satisfied until I got something free and thats not gonna happen". I asked why I was not told to be "super delicate while cleaning" (which I was?) with the screen upon purchasing it and he said I "should of known that". Upon telling a friend about my experience, he told me about a similar one he had with Northern Lights. I would compare my experience with Northern Lights to that of a corner car dealership selling soon-to-be broken down cars. Before you give them your money they are the most helpful and nicest people in the world; but after you make a purchase they are distant and laughing straight to the bank. When it comes to this industry, there are plenty of headshops like Northern Lights that have cheaper products and much better customer service, so I would advise people NOT to patronize this poor excuse of a business.

Well I was doing business with Northern Lights in Enfield CT. Went in to have a simple question answered and before I could finish asking the guy behind the counter got all offensive and keeps saying I am mad. No Sir I was fine until you showed how a business should not operate or employ people who have no customer service skills at all. If you kept your mouth shut and ears open you would have understood what the customer problem is. I bought the item in question from you and a simple question has lost my business. As a local business owner I will make it a point to tell everyone how you treat loyal customers. I am ok spending retail. If the item in question is under warranty FIX IT! Learn how to deal with customers. If you were my employee FIRED.

Edit as of June 2: They got a normal dude on doing commercial..much better..Im not changing channel to 103 simply bc she annoys and makes the advertisement sound stupid. I may go back the hour trip if they make that girl who is also a horrible Morning dj on 104 stay home!! Thanks yall! Decent place BUT THAT CHICK IN YOUR RADIO COMMERCIAL SOUNDS RIDICULOUS, WHO TALKS LIKE THAT? She takes away from the ad and way over pronunciate. Dude I never thought Id b saying this in a review, but it makes listening to 104 painful when her nasal fake Cali over talker comes on. Put a normal chin or dude on. Helppppp!!!

This is a great smokeshop managed by great owners. Ive been to this store and one of their others in Orlando, FL, and both are by far the best in their respective areas. They have a wide range of glass to choose from, whether youre trying to spend $10 or $1,000 theyll find you something thats quality. They also carry a dizzying array of novelty items, non-glass pipes and water-pipes, incense and fragrant oils, rolling papers / wraps, etc. If youre in the area and need a good smokeshop, Northern Lights is the clear choice.

Northern Lights in Enfied is a clean, friendly, well stocked glass gallery and smoke shop. With an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff, they welcome you with great deals from well known artists. Their customer service is exemplary and their understanding of the glass scene and products is top notch. Not the best. Im 26 years old, Ive been to plenty of head shops all around the country. This one has a HUGE selection, but very pricey and not the most welcoming staff. While I was there, I was treated like a typical stoner high school kid who wasnt gonna buy anything. Its too bad I did, because they didnt deserve my business.

I never realized the store was there, I had always gone to Vibrations down the street. The store is awesome!! They have a huge selection and Chris who works there really knows his stuff. We had lots of questions about Vaporizers and he was able to help us out!! Definitely better than Vibrations!!! Thanks Chris!!

They are very uptight discussing marijuana for a head shop. I always feel like they are scolding me or talking to me like a dumb kid. Their commercials say they have a hippie flavor but their attitudes are like talking to narcs. Never going again. Dont trust their detox products either. Scam and a ripoff.

great store, beautiful collect of glass. they are very nice and give a fairly stander 10% discount if you spend enough... i spend 500 when i got like 600 dollars worth of products. i was happy even though i drove and hour plus

My experience at this shop was lackluster. The staff was rude, aggressive and unwelcoming. I felt as if he was focused on making a sale and pushing me out the door. I found a better place, with a better vibe close by.
