I bought a vape for my girl at Xmas to help quit smoking cigs. But the vape started to not take the charge. We Went to store to see why. We ended up buying another pen and left the original one which was under warranty to be sent out by the store as my receipt made no reference to the vape that was purchased at Xmas time. Josh mentioned they would work with the manufacturer directly as it was under warranty. 2 weeks later we went by to see what was happening with the return/ replacement and absolutely nothing happened. The vape was in the same spot as where Josh left it. The poor girl behind the counter called a few people and one guy said for me to work with the manufacturer direct. That they could not help and wasnt policy to send to manufacturer. I was not happy. No phone numbers to calll or assistance with the manufacturer. This place has a bunch of idiots working there. We gave the girl the new ecig that was bought, to get new coils. And she gave my girl the wrong coils. The next day my girl went back with a friend to exchange the coils. She got the new ones at no charge and My girls friend bought a new ecig. she charged it all night and it did not work and had to go back the following day to exchange. Clueless people. Management either needs to train staff or replace. Bunch of idiots Not sure how these places survive But I guarantee that was the last time I go there for anything.

Michael was very helpful and very knowledgeable and confident about the product. He was very energetic and calming at the same time which really persuaded me to buy my aspire k2 vape. Hes great with other customers as well from what I seen. He knows how to make it so its not overwhelming. Just overall my experience in that shop for the first time was amazing and I will definitely be back and be sending my friends and family that way as well.

When I went in a female took care of me she knew exactly what part I needed to fix my vaporizer box installed it for me free recharge very friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced I will be going back there today as a matter fact I hope shes working again because her and one other man with glasses are very professional and awesome they will work with you or whatever the problem with your device

I was looking for a smoke shop in my area. Fairhaven Smoke Shop came up. Visited both locations great customer service, very clean and classy, huge selection of EVERYTHING. I love this place, will sure be coming again and telling my friends.

What an awful experience! I will never go back again. The employees there were extremely rude and unprofessional. To the point it made me so uncomfortable I left. I do not recommend this place at all.
