I have bought PUG sunglasses that have a lifetime guarantee. My glasses were broken and I went for Kum & Go to replace them. Other gas stations, like the Corner Store and Gasoline have done that and remind me to save the receipt. I had the receipt and was denied the privilege at this store. They refused to acknowledge and said I could not return them since 3 months had passed. I then reminded them that the tag had a lifetime guarantee. That would not do. I had to email the PUG company or return tomorrow to speak the the manager. Like dont people work? I went around 7:30 PM after work. I am very disappointed in this store. I agree about the coffee. Its good when you can find some. I got upset and pushed the 2nd pair back and they threatened to call the police. It was time for me to get mad. They have disappointed me several times. What gives? Better shape up.

I stopped in today to get some gas, Kevin the manager was ignoring a large line of customers. He had three people stocking cigarettes behind a shelf and one person on a cash register who was dealing with a customer who had a whole bunch of scratch tickets. I asked Kevin if you could open up another register or help and he said he was just a shift manager and he was going to continue to write shifts, and that I would just have to wait. I thought waiting was a great idea because I gave me enough time to write this review. Personally I wont be going back and Ill be telling all my friends to do the same thanks Kevin!

Wow, the "shift manager" Kevin was a real gem today. Im a single mother trying to get my child some childrens Tylenol because shes sick, and shes littealy hanging on my hip while Im standing in an unbelievably long line. 3 people were stocking cancer causing cigarettes, ignoring all customers... I asked the minion Kevin if he could get someone on the other register and he firmly said, "Im just the shift manager, youll just have to wait." I immediately left and will never be going there again.the audacity of this "shift manager" to see my struggle and tell me tthat Ill just have to wait.... unbeleiveable...

I love going here, its like 3 minutes from my house and the staff is great. Thats almost always my stop home from work or school. Staff is always friendly!!! I dont see why all these people are complaining, they expect to get treated like royalty at a gas station, like really??? They probably dont get paid enough to do so. The lines do sometimes get long, but its expected when its such at a convenient spot. Right across the street from the library, up the street from 2 schools and in the intersection of 4 neighborhoods. Overall great experience every time

6pm November 28, 2015: I drove out of our way to this Kum n Go because I like the Java ridge coffee. There wasnt any hot coffee and the cappuccino machines were empty. When I asked the attendant if he could make a new pot of coffee because they were all either cold or empty his response was "if its just cold there is a microwave in the back and its free to use". I had no words, put the cup in garbage and walked out. Not that I frequent this store but I can guarantee I will never visit it again with staff like that!

Had a guy ring me out he was just so rude I got a powerball I asked for three he rolled his eyes and said ugh oh my god I can not wait until 730.. He only gave me two powerball I said I only got two I asked for three? He said and.. is that all this and the gross coffee?! I just said nevermind.. Seriously wont be going back there for anything..

Ive never been to a more better gas station. They literally have anything and everything you would want to eat. And a million drink selections. They even make sure coffee is fresh and takes out all the hotdogs or anything in the mini heaters that have been sitting there for a long period of a time. Everything is fresh and ready to go!

Lost my business. They raised soda prices back up and not knowing this was going to purchase 3 of them. Didnt bring enough cash in with me. They would rather just throw them away then care about customer service. Too baf i shopped here about 3-4 timed a week. Average fuel bill of 75 per fill up. There loss

the staff isnt terrible, theyre actually pretty helpful. they do however have some sort of company policy/stigma against smokers and they offer no papers/blunt wraps whatsoever. cigarettes are nearly $1 more expensive than the murphys 5 minutes away.

Gas prices are somewhat higher but this place is well lit, clean and well stocked with a good variety drinks, snacks , etc.

Soda refill prices are very expensive so I usually go to 7-11 for a .99 cent refill 52oz.
