Bought a cup for the free refill last week, this week they refused to give me refill. Theyre severely lacking in the customer service department. The clerk definitely didnt say anything about free coffee when you buy the cup. I paid for the coffee cup and a regular cup of extra large I got. They also didnt give me a receipt. So, stopping there on my way to work for coffee has officially ended. I dont recommend this 7-11 to anyone. Go to another one if you can. There isnt a sign that says open the cup in the store... Its shrink-wrapped. Unsanitary at the least.

Made a quick stop here and saw the clerk reach into the trash can, pull out a cup, rinse it of, and put it back in the cup dispenser!!! I immediately left and will never return! DISGUSTING!!!
