50 percent off day is a gimmick I went into the arc instead of goodwill because the advertising States 50% off everything in the store however that is not the case and the entire time I was shopping no announcement was made. all of the employees were rude and angry. They were kicking people out of the store 20 mins befor 9. And they were saying rude things about the customers loud enough for customers to hear. they had one register open and it took 20 min to get to it. When asked if they would open another register the young man rudly said there is no one who could run a register. Horrible shopping experience dont waste your money they are overpriced and make a shopper feel like they are a pain in the ass rather than paying their salary.

This place is not worth shopping at! I donated some video games to this store and when I went in there to do some shopping they where selling the games I donated to them at full retail price. How can a thrift store become a retail store? I thought the items would go cheep enough for a family with kids would be able to buy these items who would normally not be able to afford the items. After seeing how this suppose to be charity thrift store conducts business I will never donate to this non profit company again. I would also recommend that people stop donating to them as there is better organizations out there that could use the help and who are not in a non profit business for capital gain.

The facility is large with an expansive number of options, pretty well organized. I can tell the staff like their jobs. I get lost browsing. However there does seem to be some shady patrons from time to time that look like they needed a break from there meth house and went to the thrift store for a break in their day. BUT, the staff are alert and squash the negative immediately making it again peaceful browsing.

greedy bastards! Management tells employees to price higher because they have goals to make. Even if the price of something exceeds its price new at the store. If they employee doesnt make the ridiculous goals they are giving for sales they are fired. Customers complain about prices all day long. Its a thrift store. Not a good company

You cant go wrong with this thrift store. Saturdays most items are 50% off. They have a great Christmas selection. Lots of trees, ornaments, mugs, wrapping paper, holiday tins, ugly X-mas sweaters, and fancier stuff for the holidays. I always find great stuff here. Scored a beautiful like new green coat 100% wool for $8.00!

If I could give no stars I would. I love finding stuff here.. But the workers are so rude! Only one lady that can wrap glassware there. They never have any paper when I need something wrapped. I asked for a box and they told me "it was a fire hazard to have boxes under the stair case"

Thrift shopping is a art form and once you achieve greatest all thrift stores get 5 stars. yes you will have one or two rude employees anywhere you shop. I have had great success at this store but I stop in as much as possible. sometimes I leave with nothing other day all I can carry.

This is probably the best thrift store Ive ever been to, and thats saying a lot. Well-organized, clean, awesome clothes, furniture, etc. in great shape... and prices/sale was awesome and reasonable. I would totally come here every week if I lived in the area!

Theres a great variety of everything. Its well organized and decent priced. I did have a problem with the music the employees were playing in the back of the store loudly. It was vulgar and inappropriate.
