Only because I cant give no stars. This is by far the worst journeys location I have ever been to. The "managers", who are probably 19, were rude to us. They talked me into buying a pair of shoes that really hurt my feet and told me to wear them for a few hours and they would break in. So thats what I did. I wore then for a few hours the next day. They still hurt my feet. So I went to take them back. The girl who sold them to me told me the shoes were non refundable because of their "poor condition". And I needed to keep them or exchange them. But I could not return them. Worst location I have ever been to. Never going to a Journeys again.

Absolutely worst retail experience ever! The manager on duty, was an arrogant jerk, that made me call customer service in Nashville Tennessee because he didnt want to deal with my return, and have his store docked for the return. My brand new $50 shoes within just a few days had the rear of the sole completely separated from the rest of the shoe, and this excuse for an employee could only hand me a phone and told me to dial. Never shop here if you want shoes to last you for more than a few days, and a big hassle. Again, worst retail store ever!!!!

I tried on a pair of 100 dollar shoes and it hurt my feet a little, the "manager" convinced me that they might just need to break in and told me to wear them for a couple of hours. So I did just that, and they still hurt my feet. So I went to return them, and they said they couldnt return them in a worn condition (they had a little dirt on them and I wiped it off with my finger) but they said they could exchange them for another pair. Horrible place, I guess thats what happens when 16 year olds run a store.

SAFE TO SAY I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE MANAGER ON DUTY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHERE THE MERCHANDISE I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING WAS LOCATED. WASTED AN HR OF MY LIFE GOING THERE TODAY SMH. THANKFUL I DIDNT END UP SPENDING ANY $ WHILE THERE. IDIOTS.

So I work in the mall, so I may be biased. But I needed shoes for work like that day. And the staff were so helpful. They brought me out all kinds of restaurant friendly shoes. Definitely do my shoe shopping there

Did not get greeted or talked to. Went to the Vans store and got shoes and service. Guess they were too busy eating chatting. Looks like a fun job. get paid to eat and talk.
