If I could give them no stars I would. 3 days ago my husband bought me new shoes as one of my birthday presents. Unfortunately it was the wrong size so today he went to go return it. All was said and done and he called me saying it was an additional $20 dollars for a exchange of the SAME shoe just a DIFFERENT size. When I called up there to see why there was an additional charge the woman who I spoke with was very rude when I asked her what was the reason for that additional. She acted as if it were an inconvenience to her to figure out why. She put me on hold but never pushed the hold button so I could over hear her and is what I assume another employee discussing the charge and basically bad mouthing me for wondering why. When she returned She told me its because it was a different color and style of the shoe. Which it wasnt, it was clearly the same shoe and that what I had told her. I had my husband go back to show her it was the same shoe and when he did they were rude and the woman at the register stated "You really came back over $20 dollars." This place is rude and unprofessional. If you cant be nice and professional at your employment then maybe you shouldnt be working there!!!

Very very rude sales associates I have never been to a Shoe Carnival and experienced this. Started off fine. They greeted me as I walked thru the door. But about like 12-20mins in they get on the PA system and tell Security to scan the cameras...then tell LP(loss prevention) to walk around...Im like wow OK. Never experienced that b4.....stupid asses. If they were tht concerned about ppl stealing then maybe they shud get they lazy asses from the cash register and ask a customer if they need help or not! Ive been in retail 8+ yrs and this is the best deterrent. The reason Im so upset is because Ive never been in a Shoe Carnival and theyve announced that. Ok fine...Ill go to Macys and spend my hard earned money there. Never ever coming back!

ALL The employees are RUDE and have NO PROFESSIONALISM what so ever! They act like its an inconvenience for them to do their job. They charged me for someone elses shoes and said it will take 3 days for it to go back on my account. Which is understandable but its like they dont give the employees proper training and frankly shouldnt hire them if they are snobby and huffing when you ask for assistance.

One regester open 7 employees standing around behind counter. When asked about opening another register, got a nasty look and a "huff". When I asked to speak to a manager the "huffer" told me she was the manager. Horrible service. Stay Away!

Showed up 20 minutes before the posted closing time and was told to leave because they were closed early!! Wow never shopping here again
