Horrible service, carpet is dirty, manager is basically a glorified clerk. Purchased shoes and then got home finding a piece of gum in the sole smashed in a corner of the shoe. I went back and asked for my money back because I payed with cash nearly 2 hours before. Only to be offered store credit, even though the same lady who checked me out was there and everything. Colorado law states that you can cancel any cash transaction in 24 hours. They are not following the law, only their own policies. Come on in and buy some ghetto shoes, get some ghetto service and enjoy the sleazy cashier showing way too much cleavage checking you out at the end. I work at a retail chain as a manager and I am trained to spot shotty customer service like this. Go to Walmart or anywhere else and youll have a better experience.
