Monica Torres is correct. I have to use the side entrance by auto center from now on. Why you ask? Because as a minority if I use the front door I feel like I am being closely watched and followed by several people as I walk through the store, more than once by the way. What does the manager think only Caucasian people live in Highlands Ranch. My household income gross is over 100k and we still like to save some money. A few times I heard coding over the intercom system as I walked through the store. Maybe security was short staffed that day and the loud intercom was their way of handling it. Nice and loud and it seemed like it was Walmart security code and/or harassment. Basically telling me they did not want me there. A friend said I was paranoid however I have been to both super Targets in Lonetree and Highlands Ranch and even the Target on County Line and never have felt harassed as I do at this Walmart. Also I have been to many other Walmarts and never felt like I have as this one and I actually shop more at Sams club than Walmart which they own. So now I use side entrance and exit. The only problem with this tactic is IF there is someone there the checkout experience is hit and miss. If there is not anyone there you have to push on a button on the credit card machine to page someone and I have shown this feature to other people who did not know this. One day you might get right out another day you are waiting and waiting or they have a problem with the register or giving someone a credit for a battery etc. Walmart must have a lot of dumb people walk through the doors because I ask myself," HOW stupid they are if they think I am going to steal some items from their store." If I have to go there it is auto center entrance you do have to be buzzed to be let out but that is fine by me. Better that than the atta boys or girls chasing you around the store kissing up for the manager.

0-star. I was here in the last two weeks, saw all sorts of signage that they do competitive price matches. I had over $200 worth of groceries and other items to buy, and told the cashier that I had competitive moves. I started bagging my purchases in my reusable bags, and the cashier finishes then says she has to do them one by one while she is checking them out. I dont know why she didnt ask about them earlier as I told her BEFORE she started this was the case. She calls the manager over who says the same thing, and they cant even do the refund at customer service. I come from a retail background and I would have several questions for the store management about this situation. 1.) When a customer identifies that they have competitive moves to make the cashier needs to ask for those items upfront. 2.) Since you have signage and advertise your price matching, why isnt your merchandising staff looking at your competitors ads and making the moves? I was trying to give WM another chance but again they blew my customer experience. I walked out without making a purchase and will never go back to WM or a WM owned store again!

Went here twice today. Both times, I was disappointed by different people. First time around I was looking for engine degreaser. I was assisted in a friendly manner at first but he didnt offer much assistance after hearing what I wanted. The individual said they didnt have it, even when I showed him that they have it on their online selection. Found it myself after some time.. Second experience was the self checkout (funny right?) wasnt working properly. The screen said I needed to remove an item when there was no item in the basket area. There was an open register next to me so I moved over. The attendant rudely asked why I was moving and told me to move back without even giving me a chance to respond. So I did. Then proceeded to tell me to remove the last item.. there was none. Continues to treat me like Im a second class human and restarts the register and says try again. Pathetic. I would rate a zero star if I could. Upper management needs to get it together.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER SAM was so rude not only to me but to an elder man trying to buy a iPad cover who had no knowledge of the item. She WOULD NOT tell him if another Walmart had it in stock she said AND I QUOTE "Ill be doing the same thing you can do" REALLY?!? OBVIOUSLY HE BARELY KNOWS HOW TO USE HIS PHONE LET ALONE CHECK INVENTORY AT A WALMART IN ANOTHER CITY!!!!! Then he politely asks (which she deserved none of) for the Castle Rock Walmarts phone number cause he doesnt know how too look it up and AGAIN she had the nerve to say he could look it up himself. Then ANOTHER employee literally turned around moved one step grabbed a book and gave the man the number. KNOW WAS THAT SO HARD SAM?! AND I didnt say how she WOULD NOT return my recalled product until I called Walmart HQ and she STILL tried not to help me.......

I ordered LEGO City Building Set for my friends kids birthday from Highlands Ranch Walmart Supercenter since it said Pickup ready by today. I got the order confirmation on Mon, Dec 19, 2016 at 12:03 PM and the order status said my order will be ready by 4:02 p.m. Mon, Dec 19. But until Tue Dec 20th 5PM the order was not ready. After contacting the customer service they said "Sometimes the orders take 48 hours to be ready, i kindly suggest you wait until tomorrow" (tomorrow is Wed, Dec 21st). 3 days to get when you are expecting a same-day pickup???? SERIOUSLY????? I cancelled the order and picked up another Lego present for the kids birthday party from a different Walmart. If you cant deliver on the same day PLEASE do not say that same-day pickup is available. Dont waste peoples time and money.

I went in to order 12 Soccer Cupcukes. The Baker lady was so rude, she told me she had too many orders and was the only Baker and couldnt get to it until 3 days later. This was a Friday afternoon and I needed them for Sunday. She didnt ask me how many I needed, just was very rude. She didnt appologize, didnt offer any advice, just rude. They had no selection of cupcakes on their shelves either. I will never go there again. I drove right over to Albertsons, friendly, and just as busy, but they knew how to be kind. All I wanted was a soccer ball pick stuck in the middle of the cupcakes.

As a day labor I am use to being a grunt worker. What I dont put up with is constant undermining from guys like Gabe. This Walmart has to use day labor and jail release workers cause nobody wants to put up with their attitudes. A few walmart emloyess were actually nice 100% of the time. Every day I got lip from Gabe or likewise. I will never work or attend this store again and fell bad for the hard working people of the neighborhood have to spend their earned money in store with workers who dont want to be at there job with a smile.
