On December 5, 2015 my sister and I took both of our cars in for oil changes at your 3301 Tower Rd, Aurora, CO 80011. We arrived about 12:30 pm my sister’s car was checked in first. I then notified the attendant (my car parked in line behind my sister’s car that was checked in) that I too needed an oil change and tire rotation and I would like to be checked in too. This was after he wondered off and then was surprised I needed to be checked in even though I am parked at the bay door and in line. Having my car and information in the computer made my check in easy since I have has my oil changed at Walmart before in my same vehicle a 2013 Mazda 3. We were told it would be about two hours. We were ok with the wait since it was a Saturday and checked back at about 2:20pm. At that time my sister’s car was ready. When I asked if my car was ready the attendant just looked back for keys and since they weren’t there he said they were still working on it and it wasn’t ready yet. After about 20 minute I saw my car driven around to the tire bay, I then waited about another 30 minutes and then noticed someone dropped my keys off at the front so I approached the register and waited for an attendant. An attendant arrived and helped the two customer’s ahead of me. I stated I was there to pick up my vehicle and the attendant stated “we weren’t able to do your oil change.” At this time it was 3:48p.m. and I had been there over three hours waiting on my oil change and tire rotation. I said “what? Why didn’t you call me? I have waited three hours for an oil change and still do not have one.” The attendant stated they didn’t have the “tool” to release my oil. He then asked where I last had my oil changed and I said Walmart. I was in shock because they checked me in and my car as if the oil change would happen, I was never told it could be two hours or three for them to tell me IF they could do an oil change. Needless to say I still need an oil change and three hours back of my life. I am very upset and disappointed that you don’t have a tool to service a 2013 Mazda 3 and wonder just how many customer’s you are losing now, including me. I would like the cost of the service in the form or payment or gift card. I scheduled the synthetic oil change and expect to be compensated for my time and false information while holding my vehicle hostage for three hours of services you were not able to perform and not even having the courtesy to call a customer the second you know you can’t work on their vehicle. Instead your shop chose to hold my car for an additional hour even after I showed up to check and see if my car was ready and your team STILL chose not to inform your customer they will need to go somewhere else to have their oil changed.

I live in Centennial & I visited this store last night to do some grocery shopping for my elderly Mother that lives in Montbello and unfortunately the area she lives in, there are no grocery stores that are near by so we had to go to this store. In the freezer section where they have sandwich meats, cheeses & frozen items, every time I opened a door to pull out what I needed there was a bad smell, as if maybe there was something rotten or maybe the temperature setting was not high enough & it was also very dirty behind these doors. The produce section had rotten produce and the produce guy was very rude when we asked if he had fresh avacados, the avacados were all black & soft so not fresh at all. At the beginning of our trip there we go in the store to find no carts, so all the customers were having to go to the parking lot in the dark and cold to get there own carts. When it was time to go to the register, there were only 2 lanes open with one line that went all the way to the produce section. There were no Managers in site, no employees to ask for help. It was a horrible experience at this dirty/un-managed store from beginning to end. This morning I call to speak to a Manager & was left on hold for what seemed like forever only to get the uninterested Assistant Manager Paula on the line to pick up the call and as I am telling her my experience she was rushing/brushing me off the call, she doesnt ask my name or number, she doesnt apologize, she just wants to get off the call as if this is not a serious matter. Since she had that uninterested attitude and acted as if this was no big deal, I tell her that my Mother is elderly and if she gets sick from any of the items that were purchased at her store that she will have a different matter on her hands, at that moment she says "well since you say that, we need to take this to a different level" she then asks me for my name and number which I was glad to give, because she actually should have done that even before I said anything about my I hope that the other shoppers at this store first of all do not get sick or are not treated as if they dont matter just because they shop at a Wal-Mart on a certain side of town that is not treated with respect because it is considered a "lower income" side of town. It makes me sad to think that the Management in this store do not care about the shoppers in this store.

Mr and family ritually come every 2 weeks to this walmart to do our grocery shopping. Now after today never again. Me and family were here today doing usual grocery shopping that we do every 2 weeks and i had every intention of paying for everything we had. Well after going thru the checkout and spending $400 with this location routinely they were also training a new guy we get stopped by the security guys over $5 pair of little girls sandles that had mistakenly not been scanned and paid for. I look at the gentleman and politely say no problem im sorry i didnt notice ill pay for them. He looks at me and rudely says no sir thats not it works you need to come with me. Has me and my whole family follow him thru the store so we can all pack in this tiny security office. They didnt contact the aurora PD because how small the merchandise amount was but now were labeled as shoplifters there both me and my wife separately have to pay a fine and now not allowed to come here for year. And thats ok cause we wont come here even after the year is up. Weve rountinely come to this walmart for our grocery shopping amoung other things and have spend $1,000s of dollars here. And if harrassing regualur customers over new employees mistakes is how you handle things you have lost long time customers that have been. Loyal. Im also sorry that i feel me and family have been victim of harassment. And shady way walmart has at stealing money from me as in charging me a fine for theft when i had no intention of stealing anything. Thank you. Corporate is going to hear about this and if i coils give negative stars i would. I will be reporting this incident and how your security staff treated my family to the better bussiness bureau. Thank you.
