I usually stop for gas here at shell twice a week and safeway, get into this shopping complex is very easy and many directions to get in but getting out is different story because the main streets around have road divided for both directions of streets so sometimes have to go to HR PKWY to make left turn to north direction of Broadway other than that its very great complex to grab lot of staffs.

Easy to access from S. Broadway or Highlands Ranch Pkwy. Theres a grocery store, a gas station, several banks, eateries (Einsteins and Micis!), and a fully connected parking lot! Close to the Highlands Ranch Library, Town Center, and a sub-station of the Douglas County Sheriffs office. Safe and practically located.

Safeway, USBank, Shell Gas, and McDonalds are the anchors right in the center of Highlands Ranch. Easy in and easy out. Great variety of other establishments as well.

Stopped at Massage Heights for a 2 hour deep tissue massage. Blown away!! Will be back amd highly recommend to any one considering a close to home affordable luxury.

Theyre are pot holes at every entrance to this shopping center and almost everywhere in between. Would be nice if the management company would fix the issues.

Wouldnt call it a shopping centre. Mainly just a big food shop with a couple shops scattered around. The whole place felt very run down.

The rent here must be insane. No one seems to want to move in after stores close. There are 4 empty units.
