Larimer Square is one of my favorite spots in Colorado. Its always gorgeous after dark with all the string lights and banners and Ive never had a bad meal at any of the restaurants there. The Market is one of my favorite bakeries, Tag was stellar during restaurant week a few years back, and Osteria Marco brings me back to Italy. Larimer Square is a great photo op if youre passing through the area, and the vibe at night is super romantic, so its a perfect spot for date night. Parking is tricky, but there are some lots nearby if you cant find a metered spot. Pro tip: free parking on Sundays! This is definitely worth going out of your way to visit, especially if youre from out of town. Its a Denver landmark and once youre there, youre also close to a ton of other fun downtown spots!

Larimer Square Dry Cleaners (I think that is what it is technically called) is amazing! Suki (the owner and seamstress) is simply incredible. I have gone twice for alterations, the first time being a brand new pair of Brooks Brothers slacks. After Suki hemmed the length, I noticed that her sowing was better than the original sowing on the pants!. The second item was a full length cashmere coat that was hand made in England in the 1950s. I was very worried about someone ruining the impeccable sowing on the coat, but Suki did an incredible job at making sure the fit was perfect on me and then replicating the complex sowing pattern. Truly, just amazing.

From high-end restaurants to a busy but low-key coffee shop and small businesses, this is a must-see while in downtown Denver (a short walk from the Union Station area, another must-see). Try to go just after dark to experiemce the canopy of lights. Our perfect night is swinging by Goorin Bros. Hat Shop to peruse the classic styles followed by a nice, long dinner at Bistro Vendome with a perfect end to the evening at The Green Russell speakeasy sipping a handcrafted cocktail. (On a side note: a classic, timeless hat purchased from Goorin Bros. would be perfect sitting on your table at The Green Russell. Just saying.)

Love to come here at night when the lights are on and the energy is perfection. Recently took my daughter here for her first time out in Denver (she is a cancer patient at 2 and cant go many places) and she loved all of the lights, the store entrances that were all unique in their own way, and the feel of the city. This is a fun little strip to walk and window shop too, you dont have to spend money, although its hard not to with all the delicious eats and drinks.

Larimer Square is a small block but chockfull of good restaurants, boutiques, & bars. Doesnt really matter where you go on this block, its ganna be a good choice. Restaurants are delicious, bar/lounges are on point and barkeeps are true artists at their crafts, and boutiques are nice, and more importantly unique in what they cater too. Definitely a great spot for a date-night! Pointer: Larimer Square has some strong happy hour offers that run from 3-6 and 4-7!!!

Larimer Square is a really nice block of history in Denver, but it is really overshadowed by the pretentious attitude of people there. Most of the employees at each business are the highlight of Larimer. Ocean Prime, Capitol Grill, as well as their valets are spectacular. I once self parked in the Larimer Square garage off of Market. The attendant was rude and not helpful in the least to another customer who was having difficulties with the pay machine.

A big spot for tourists and dates. It has many of Denvers best restaurants, and the people watching is superb here. At night there are always a few cool cars parked along the street, if you want to see the latest Ferraris BMWs or Lambraginis. My favorite thing to do is grab a coffee at the Market and sit outside and watch the "beautiful" people walk by. It always looks great at night with the lights stretching across the road.

Larimer Square is a very cool part of Denver. At night, the lights draped around the street create a great atmosphere. My favorite spot there is The Market, which is a combination coffee house/market/deli, with a central counter where you can order sandwiches, hot food, etc. The coffee and pastries are fantastic, as are the sandwiches. Theres plenty of seating and WIFI if you want to stay connected.

An amazing mix of highly-curated shops and restaurants set in one of the most historic blocks in downtown Denver. Not to be missed. Theres very limited street parking, but there is valet service and there is also a very convenient parking ramp behind Larimer Square on Market Street with a nice arcade between the two that contains some additional, interesting shops and restaurants.

Nice little part of downtown Denver that we checked out on our visit to Colorado. Seemed to be packed with more high-end boutique style shops. Cool lights and flags hanging above the streets. Was a little surprised with how small and limited this area was. Was expecting it to be bigger and have more to do, but it seemed to be overrated. Saw it once, wouldnt come back.

Everything was great EXCEPT the Celtic bar. On a wed night in August, the bartender was extremely rude and would not allow us to use the restroom unless we bought booze. Clearly he was profiling us because we were Latino. Across the street at Rhine Huas we were welcomed and allowed to use the restroom. So I purchased a Dr Pepper and gave the bartender a $5 tip.

Fun touristy place to go and for locals! I always take out of town guests here to get photos under the flags! Plus there is food, shopping and fun people watching to do. Its always fun to go on a nice day when you can sit at one of the many places that provide outdoor seating. Be sure to check out the shops underneath the street as well!

The swanky offshoot to the 16th Street Mall. If 16th street is viewed as the center, LoDo and Larimer would be the reciprocal arms. LoDo for the young and restless. Larimer for the distinguished and highbrow. Excellent restaurants and bars live here, very pretty at night. The Square has become host to some cool events lately.

I come here five days a week sometimes more. Larimer street is my second home. Its a city within a city. My favorite place downtown. Great for locals to and visitors. Tours, block parties, shops run by people who only want to see that you enjoy yourself and find something you didnt know you needed. Thank you Larimer square.

Super high end area with shops and restaurant prices to match. But it is a lot of fun to walk around, window shop and go to the small eateries and check out all the fancy people. The streetscape and historical/changing string lights and flags/banners. Vehicle traffic is always a major delay due to all of the valets.

Wonderful and reliable. Suki is very nice and knows what shes doing. I dont understand why she operates by herself, but maybe shes a perfectionists and only trusts herself. Her price was great for altering my pants and dress. The total was $25 for hemming my pants and fitting my dress. Not bad! And great location!!

I love Larimer Square and look for any excuse to go there. Something about being downtown and saying arts and crafts and cool stores and interesting people walking down the street makes it a very entertaining evening. It is also a great start to an evening of going out to a downtown restaurant.
