Just got a mailbox here. Only had it for a week but they email you when you receive a package which is awesome! Owner and staff were very friendly. Update: the email notifications dont work well. I received an email telling me I had mail and drove out to get it (I live in cap hill). When I arrived there was nothing in my box and they told me they had emailed everyone by mistake. No follow up email to correct the problem and save me the 30 min round trip for nothing.

Second time using this location after difficult experience the first time. Decided to give them a second chance. Should of chose different location. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional service. After two encounters at this store I received little to no help, unprofessionalism, and an ultimate answer of "I dont know what to tell yah." Sorry to say that is not good customer service. I wont ever go back here. Ill drive 20 more minutes for more "competent" service.

Finally, a UPS store servicing Sloans Lake, Highlands proper and nearby West neighborhoods. The service here is above any other UPS store I have patronized. I will admit I had to think twice about this review in that I would like this location and its greatness to remain a secret between me and other we-can-keep-a-secret locals. Edgewater on Sheridan UPS goes beyond the UPS standard.

I have had a few things printed here over the past couple of weeks. The printing is done quick and the quality is excellent! The staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with!! I am so excited for this new UPS location, it is very convenient.

Super awesome UPS. Just went in a mess (as usual) with 3 Amazon returns and mixed up labels. Guy at the counter was so helpful and I was out of there within 2 minutes. I wish Id caught his name to drop it in this review. Thank you!!

Ive been in for package drop offs, printing and mailing larger packages. So helpful and convenient. Im so glad this location opened. So much easier than going the other ones downtown.
